Perfect in my hallway IngridI moved into an apartment that has less closets than the less apartment and this was a dream to find. The top draw is perfect for either all your loose items that you need daily like your phone and laptop chargers. It’s also a great place to put your scissors and other small items like keys, etc. If I could tweak one thing, it would be to offer an inner wood panel option.
Best shoe cabinet I have ever purchasedKhai-ElThe title isn't hyperbolic. I have purchased storage ottomans, benches, other cabinets and each has been meh. This is it! The unit has enough room to fit 6 pairs of my spouses size 13 shoes in his pull out which is unheard of! Now I (and the children) get an entire pullout to ourselves. It has a narrow profile which fits so perfectly in the hallway without being intrusive at all. Kinda perfect
Great in theory but poor quality Anonymous reviewerThis would be a great product if they used materials hard enough to be used as furniture. We had a dent in the top within a few days of install, and it continues to collect dents and scratches. We don't have kids so this is just normal wear and tear turning the product into junk. Haven't even had it for a year and I already need to replace it because it's so scratched up. I have cheap Wayfair furniture that's harder and better quality than this.
Front leg cracked during assemblyKarineWe had a tough time putting this together, even though I'm well-versed in furniture assembly. The front leg cracked while tightening the screws (we had to fix it with white chaulk), and our baseboards are higher profile, so we had to cut into the baseboard for the back to rest against the wall. Also, I was disappointed that a wall mounting kit was not included. It looks cute but fails on many fronts.

Amazing new addition! RebeccaTook a few hours for one person to leisurely put together. We have a small house and are preparing for a new addition, this helped us clear out our hall closet so we can use that space for something else. It is a substantial piece of furniture and holds a lot of shoes. Definitely recommend for a hallway or entryway!
Doesn’t come with all the parts you needBrendanThis thing will drive you crazy looking for the two wood screws they expect you to use to secure it to the wall only to find out it doesn’t actually come with them. They’re selling a product that is incomplete and that you cannot fully assemble with what comes with it…Also, the instructions skip over the entire assembly of the bottom drawer.
PERFECTAlannaThis is exactly what we needed. Our family's shoes are now nicely corralled in our kitchen by the back door. The drawers hold a lot - my husband is able to get 6 size 11 pairs in his drawer and I share the bottom drawer with my son.
Directions said to build with two people. I did almost all of it solo but my husband helped with the steps where we needed to to move and lift. We have quarter-round and a chair rail which initially made it difficult to get the piece level and secure, since we couldn't get it completely flush. I used anchors in the lower brace holes in addition to the top and that solved the problem. It's not coming out of the wall now!

We've owned for 5 yearsElizabethLove the look, but the shoes flop around when you open and close the doors. Especially with summer, light shoes/slides. I tried to find dividers that I could clip onto the shelves to stop this from happening. Has anyone come up with a solution?

solid, but with flaws (10 year review)Jaredwe've had this for 10 years now and we mostly love it. It makes a lot of sense is affordable and blends in well. There are several pieces that have failed over the years, most of which were smaller and someone easy to replace pieces.
More recently, we had a bigger failure where the plastic inner sleeve that holds the shoe has failed leaving the bottom bin unusable. I have no clear path to fix this besides either buying a totally new unit for finding a used unit somewhere and gutting it for parts.
Great product but disappointing durabilityBenjaminI bought this in March 2023. It worked great for 9 months, but one of the plastic shelves just pulled the screw out of the front wood panel. Since the screw hole is completely stripped, and the particleboard slit, it is impossible to fix. Furthermore, this makes the entire shelf unusable. I am working on getting this piece replaced, but it is proving to be very difficult to replace a wood panel.

What is particleboard?
Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
