A  I love keep hot or cool water and auto stop water empty, thank you.

Works great.  It does get warm on the outside so the insulation could be thicker.   But for the price and functionality, it is great!

Everything is so far so good. Just only one thing I don't like it. I don't know why the temp light always blink. look like waste electric a lot.

Nice Water Boiler

I only had this for a couple days, it's been less than a week since I bought this and am writing this review. There is some brown residue from boiling water around the instead of the container. My water here is fairly clean and can be drank from tap and I never seen this brown residue from other boilers. It is very nasty and I followed all the instructions for usage.

Brown stuff, yuck!

I received this dispenser today and immediately put water and tried it. 
There are two problems at least
1) The outside body is so hot! That means the insulation is bad. The specification from the "User Manual" says "Body may reach 149 deg F (65 deg C) to keep water warm inside. This is a normal condition." Come on! This will waste a  lot of energy if it keeps that way. I have been using another brand of dispenser (made in Japan) and when I touch that I never feel hot, but this one is really hot!
2) When it finishes boiling, the "Boiling" indicator is off, but the "185 indicator" is always flashing, which means the system has never stopped boiling. I think this is due to the hot body  that is dispersing the heat.

The overall design looks OK, but due to the insulation problem, I would not give higher than 2 stars of rating. I am very disappointed with the quality of this product.

The outside body is hot, not just warm!

This very poor quality product is not worth having one star. Very disappointing about this product, we're only used it about one month, but It rusted already, And there are horrible rust particles at the bottom of the container. I really don't know how much we drunk it into our body? it's a very bad online shopping experience.
