I received the hartz groomers best combo brush for cats to try out on my cat Charlie. Charlie has been missing for a month but I'm sure she will be back. I did use it on my golden retriever and wow! The brush is a miracle worker with lose hair. The side that takes debris away take away dander and makes her coat so shiny! I cant say enough great things about this brush I've been looking for this exact product it's perfect HIGHLY recommended it especially for those shedding pets AMAZING [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Best brush I've tried!

Perfect little brush for our small dogs.  We have 3 short hair dogs and 1 long hair dog and this brush has two different sides for their different hair types. It is rigid enough to brush out tangles and loose hairs, but soft to not hurt them as they are being brushed. All of our dogs are under 30 lbs.

I immediately tried it on my 4 cats. It was comfortable to hold and the cats seemed to be very comfortable. It did remove the fur and seems ready enough to clean.

I recommend this brush/comb for cats.

I have three cats and one is a medium-hair tuxedo gal.  Of course the one that needs constant brushing hates to be brushed! The other two short-hair males love brushing.  But to my surprise she loved the pin side of the combo brush.  I was amazed that she wasn't ready to run as I started brushing her down her back.  She actually stayed and with the medium long hair I was able to get enough off of her that would most likely be ingested and then, well, you get the picture.  Four A. M. floor cleanings and usually on carpet.  This combo brush will allow me and my baby girl to bond with a brush that she likes and, hopefully, allow us to use much more often than the other brushes I have purchased in the past that are now collecting dust. Love the duel-sided brush

had and lost 1st one, so this is second one . . .easy to use, my very large cat is not afraid of it,  he actually likes me to use it on him.  he is a long hair kitten, so has continual matting issues, and this really works well . . . .

I got this brush from happy tails to try. have to say worked real good, my cat is real fluffy and get real tangled up in the winter.I started with the black brush side didnt pull as much, so nova kind of liked it. pick up hair real good.just use a comb to clean the hair out. then i whent to town with the other side  i like the fact that it had rubber ends on the teeth and cushion back that made it real easy to clean. just pulled off with my hand .real sterdy rubber handle [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

right size for my cat

Very small pet grooming brush. And a little pricey

More Gentle than my other brushes and I like the reverse side for soothing after grooming.  Nice tips on the metal so there aren't any ouchies.  MEEW!   If they'd make the handle just a little longer it would help for those of us with hand/finger issues.   Still, it's longer than some I have.

2 for the Price of 1

Was fun opening this nice package. And my cat was very happy. She was lying in one of her beds. Very soft and relaxing feel. Put on a heavenly face (until I started snapping pics, but still enjoyed). Doesn't take off much hair, either side, and extremely hard to clean off (though just tiny bit of hair on) into trash can. I normally use a cat comb usually which gets fur/hair our so easily and comes off immediately. The metal brush side does a little better than the soft black bristel side. 
And emptying it into the trash felt almost impossible. Here are some photos comparing one of the combs I usually use. But I still give this more positive than empty stars, as cats enjoy. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Soft and comfy but doesn't remove hair well

Bought this for my medium coat length siamese cat. Guess it's more suited for long fur cats and so that's my bad.
