Yes. It folds flat like any umbrella stroller. It even has a little side clip to hold it in place once it is folded.

It doesn't fold flat. It folds like a typical umbrella stroller. It kinda bunches up in a skinny rectangle box shape. It does not take up much space when folded.

It goes down to about three inches thick. Does vaguely resemble a folded umbrella when folded. Should fit easily into any trunk of a small car. It fit in the trunk of my Fiero.
