I bought this Oct 20th. It's November 6 and I cannot even use it anymore because the piece you remove to fill it with water is physically stuck shut.

 Cheap, haven't even had it a month already broken

Brought the product a week ago, used it for the 1st time today as of 7/18/2020. As you can see in the picture the brush didn't even last for a minute before that it came apart.

Don't waste your money....

I used this to clean up cat pee and it has now destroyed two pieces of furniture because the soap darkens the fabric color.

Do NOT buy this -- it will ruin your upholstery

 And it used a lot of water, mostly putting out hot water through the wand no matter the attachment, instead of steam.

 Broken

Pathetic product. When the water is heating up, it always vents out steam from the lid even though the lid is secured properly.
