Last summer, I backpacked for four days along the Benchley Rover trail in Yellowstone. Wood camp fires aren’t permitted so brought a Radiate Campfire. My companions and I enjoyed huddling around it each evening and staring into the gentle flame. 

Recently, I bought two more Radiate Campfires for this year’s adventures.

This is our 4th purchase of Radiate Campfires. We just love them! The fire is the perfect size and our favorite part is that we can just slide the top on to put the fire out! We have a cabin and a big ole fire pit, but if you just want a no muss no fuss fire - the Radiate is perfect! We use them on the deck all the time :)
We flew to Mexico with one and when questioned, just said it was a big candle and they waived us through. So fun on the beach!

Love these!

Great little fire! Took a little while to get the paper to ignite but once it lit, it was super. Gave off a fair amount of heat and light. No smoke or embers which was perfect for the level 1 burn ban in the Rocky Mountains. Easy to extinguish. One design suggestion.... we all wished there was a way to move it a few feet after it’s lit. The wind picked up after about 30 minutes and we wanted to move the can about 5 ft but that was not going to happen! 
Overall a great deal! I suspect I’ll buy more!

A friend surprised me with a pair for our vertical fire bowls located at the end of our pool.We had them over for dinner and they lasted throughout the meal with enough for another night's use! So I had to buy more!!! Thanks Radiate Campfire...I had to have extra on hand!!!

There are GREAT for my firebowl

I bought 2 of these for a weekend girl’s trip. We loved them! Now, don’t get me wrong, I love a roaring campfire but this was so much easier and gave us the ambiance we wanted for our evenings. So easy to light and then snuff. I came home and bought 2 more for our next trip and send 2 to my daughter. I will buy these again and again.

Perfect little outdoor fire!

First thing I want to say is I am 72 years old and I have never written a review on a product. Due to the fact that this product worked much better than I ever expected, I feel compelled to write one. My review is based on my disappointment and frustration with many other products I have purchased as an easy solution to sit and enjoy a fire. I tried a few of the propane fire pits, either the regulator failed or the flame was very low and would blow out in the wind. They look like the flame on our gas kitchen stove - very disappointing - not to mention the hassle the propane tank is. The wood fires were a pain because we have a home on a lake and I would have to carry the wood down to the shoreline, then have to wait till the fire burns out to clean up the mess. RADIATE PORTABLE CAMPFIRE IS THE BEST! I LOVE IT! What I Love about it is:

1) Easy to light 
2) Great real camp fire flame
2) Does not blow in the wind
3) Very little or no smoke so you don’t have to keep moving around
4) No mess to clean up 
5) You can put the fire out when you want by just putting the lid on and use it again 
6) Your clothes don’t smell like a campfire
7) Very potable I can take it anywhere, if you are going to visit a friend (BYOF) Bring Your Own Fire
 
I like this product so much I would do a commercial for this company.
I would HIGHLY recommend this product because , IT WORKS, EASY TO USE, NO MESS.

VERY HAPPY CAMPER

We've bought so many of these! Made backpacks for all the kids at Christmas and included these, we have a cabin in the woods and although we do have a fire pit, these are so much more convenient and easy to use on the deck, we use these much more often than the fire pit. 
We've taken them on a plane with no issue ('it's just a candle'), used on beaches, in our backyard, etc. 
It's just a wonderful product!!

These things are awesome!!

Was enjoying this product by the pool. After about 30 minutes all of a sudden it exploded. The hot wax exploded and landed on our legs, arms and face. We have welts and burns from the wax. Also wax landed on chaise lounges and burnt hole in chair. Very scary. Would not feel safe using this again.

Why did you change the lighting coals?? The new briquets act like candle wicks. The can never went into a bonfire mode. Very Disappointed. I have purchased at least three 2 paks in the past couple years. Passed them out as gifts. I now hesitate to buy anymore. Totally dissatisfied. It looks like you used cheaper material. I would like to doctor up the can that I now have so it works better. Please advise what material was used in the original design??
