Awful-2 years of issuesKaitlinWe bought the table and chair set and these chairs are THE WORST. Been almost 2 years and we've had nothing but issues. Very low quality, holes and slats must be slightly off because the screws will easily loosen and fall out. Definitely not worth the price
Quickly wobblesKatherineBought 4 of these chairs and installed them all identical. One chair is coming apart at the pre-installed joints. Constantly wobbly and coming apart while the others are OK for now. Sadly this is under a month of use. We'll see how long others last while I look for a higher quality replacement.
Surprisingly sturdyMckaylaI wondered paying $70 per chair what quality they might be. I am pleasantly surprised, very sturdy. Interested to see how the finish holds up over time. The color has a slight yellow tone, so it's not straight up white, but blends fairly easily with white furniture. So far, I'm impressed. Assembly was pretty easy too!
I love it!KarenIt's a beautiful and good product for a decent price. It's easy to assemble and durable. It gave a scandinavian charm to my dinner table, I definitely recommend it.
Worn out and wobblyKeeganHave 6 of these for our dining table, bought them less than a year ago. All of the joinery has become wobbly and have had one rear lattice snap already. Would not recommend for anything more than firewood.
Not the same chair as beforeBeatrizWe purchased four Ingolf product number 20948. They were such nice chairs, stiurdy. I bought what i thought were the same chairs for my mother, product number 60217822. The box said “like pine” and it was very light, like particle board. I called customer service who assured me it was wood, but a very light wood. I have to agree with a previous review that stated these are flimsy and not the same quality chair as before.
perfectly functional chairDavidThis is a chair. It is made of wood and wood adjacent products with a black-ish finish. If you are in the normal range of people sizes, it will work as expected and perform an acceptable job of providing a place to sit.
FlimsyAnonymous reviewerBought four of these, in black, about 7 years ago. They’re still in very good shape. Well built, with all metal hardware. I purchased 4 more in black about 3 years ago. They’re terrible. The wood is not as strong and they use plastic connectors. Cost cutting measures have been made here at the price of quality. Don’t bother buying these if you plan on sitting on them. Very flimsy product.

Sturdy, solid chairs. Have a good weight to them. John MarshallThese chairs are sturdy and solid. Building them went pretty smooth. Once the first one was figured out the next 3 were easy to get through. I had it shipped out to me, they were on time, took care of the packages, and set them at the porch with care.

Nice sturdy chairGailThis chair has a nice design and is sturdy and reasonably priced. My husband put it together and said the holes lined up and all the right screws were provided. He said the directions were not in the proper order, but he figured it out. I bought it as a desk chair because I didn't want to mess up my newly refinished floor with a computer chair. I put furniture pads on the legs.
Ingolf- perfect dining chairSabineI decided to go with the ingolf dining tables, chairs counter stools and junior chair. Very comfortable seating- perfect width, seat height and back support. Easy to assemble (I assembled 12 chairs, 3 bar stools and the junior chair without any difficulty). Classy design that can go in any decor. Just love these chairs.
Very disappointedMargaretOne of the chairs had a broken piece of wood we had to glue it almost all the heads stripped because the screw holes were too tight, and the wood was too hard to accommodate the screws that were given had to go to the hardware store all the screws and had to drill the holes I’ve been buying IKEA products for years. The quality has gone down. I’m extremely disappointed.
