This is one of those drinks where you’re actually look forward to taking it : as long as benefits go, not sure how long to see full benefits , but do give it a try

didn't notice a different but have to try for longer i guess but afterwards i realised that it doesn't contain any collagen just helps with collagen production which i thought was a little misleading. tastes nice though.

Not very tasty.
The taste of this drink isn’t that pleasant. It’s trying to be fruity but misses the mark. It’s easy to make up by mixing a tablespoon with water. It’s too early for me to see any results and when I’ve finished this one, I’ll probably try a different brand.Â

New formula for me
I have always used powder collagens in the past so I’m excited to try a liquid and see what differences I see and feel in my skin and body. Am confident in the potency and reliability of The Beauty Chef and think they are a trustworthy brand based on other products I have used from them.Â

Berry Goodness
Already on my second bottle and it's now a constant part of my daily routine. Infact I have seen an improvement in my digestion. Love mixing this in my matcha latte as a replacement for any sweetner and for a berry flavour.
