I never received the trees. I was given a delivery date and a few days after that I contacted the seller, who told me they did not ship trees this time of year and that it would be this fall before I got them. Now, why wasn't I told that when I ordered them? The seller has not responded to my last question about getting a refund. I did receive two trees close to the same size from another seller, in Oregon, that are fine and healthy.

Sorry Joe for any confusion. As of today I have issued a 100% refund to you. We're very busy and this message slipped thru the cracks. In my description we very specifically note our shipping schedules during the calendar year. Many growers will ship during this time but shipping trees that are out of dormancy have a very low survivor rate as they go thru a tremendous amount of stress. This is why I do not ship during this time. I am sorry you feel the way you do and I wish you only the best. Thanks Jon

I ordered 2 trees and they arrived in perfect condition and with buds. They included very detailed planting and care instructions. I planted them and both trees are thriving so far!
