You have 2 hours to make any additional changes to your order. Once your order is sent into production, I am not able to make any further changes to it. You will always receive a confirmation message as soon as your order is being sent into production.

Our items are made to order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production and an additional 3-7 business days for shipping. These dates may vary during the holiday season.

If your order is stuck in pre transit for more than 7 business days, please contact me as soon as possible. I will send a free replacement of your order right away. After 7 business days, the package is considered “lost” by the shipping service.

The items are sometimes shipped separately, but I will always mention this in the confirmation message. If you did not receive a notice from me, please contact me as soon as possible with the order number and the missing item’s name.

You have 2 hours to contact me regarding your order. Once the item is sent into production, I am unable to cancel/refund your order. All of our items are made to order with love and care - we do not keep stock. Unless the received item is defective, I am unable to accept returns/exchanges.

Please review your address, size and color of the item carefully before placing your order. I am unable to track / cancel / refund / replace orders placed with an incorrect address.

Wash your garment inside out
Machine wash warm (max 105F or 40C) - high temperature washes can cause the print to fade
Non chlorine bleach, only when necessary
Tumble dry on medium heat, or hang-dry for longest life - avoid exposing it to direct sunlight
Do not iron directly on the design
Do not cry clean

The art depicted on the products listed for sale is wholly original to me and has been approved by Sarah J. Maas for use on the products. Notwithstanding such approval, Sarah J.
