My husband had a Bona mop onve I met him but the sprayer was broken. So later I bought a new mop to use. He brought 3 dogs to the marriage and I HAVE to keep mt home clean amd smelling good so this was a God send. the microfiber cloth is super wide and gets the entire floor quickly. it's easy to clean the sprayer os eay better then with the swiffer mops I've us3d in the past. There's nothing like the utility of a real mop but this couldn't be better for an apartment space.

Love these mops, they are easy to use, lightweight. I also love that i dont have to buy replacement heads, i can just toss it in the washing machine and call it a day. It's a great mop for the mom on the go.

Perfect lightweight Mop

This order and delivery went very, very well.  Unfortunately the previous order was a problem.  The address I updated on the order that I saw on the screen was not put on the order for delivery and was returned.  I still have not received a refund for the order I did not receive.

The part that attaches the mop head to the stem broke halfway through using it for the first time.

Broke on First Use

It is broken and I haven't used for more than 2 cleanings.

I went to-refill  the Bona container and it would not snap back into place and spray after I I just bought it. It's broke. Thinking of switching to a swiffer wet jet.

Unfortunately I did not even get to use this mop because It broke when I went to use it for the first time. The part on the mop pad that holds the handle snapped and now it is unusable. Very disappointing. Unable to return because I did not keep the box.. moral of the story: keep the packaging because it doesn't seem to be very well constructed - not durable whatsoever.

I have bought 4 Bona mops because the representatives for the flooring company recommended it for my new hardwood flooring and for my RV. The one in my Rv isn't used much and it's working fine. The second one I bought for new flooring in my home stopped spraying a few months after purchase. I replaced it and on the 3rd  one the bracket that holds the handle to the mop pad broke. I've just purchased a 4th one. Hope it lasts longer than the other ones

I NORMALLY AVOID WRITING REVIEWS IF I CANNOT PRESENT 5 STARS BUT AT THIS POINT I FEEL SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS PARTICULAR MOP. I PURCHASED IT TO MAKE THINGS EASIER FOR ONE OF MY TOP CLEANERS FOR MY CLEANING BUSINESS AND IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. (1)THE VELCRO UNDER THE BOTTOM DOES NOT WANT TO STAY CONNECTED TO THE CLOTH. (2) THE SOLUTION LEAKED ON THE LAMINATE FLOOR AND DESTROYED IT. (3) THE BONA SOLUTIONS THAT SQUIRTS OUT NOT ONLY ON THE FLOOR BUT ON THE MOP BASE AS WELL DESTROYED THE ORIGINAL COATING. I STORED IT AND PURCHASED HEAVY DUTY JANITORIAL MOPS. NOW THAT WE ARE A HIGH DEMAND FOR LUXURY VACATION HOMES WHICH MUST BE TURNED OVER WITHIN 2 HOURS I REFERRENCED BACK TO MY SUPPLY ROOM AND CONSIDERED GIVING IT ANOTHER GO. THEN I REALIZED THAT WOULD NOT BE A WISE BUSINESS DECISSION. HERE I AM OUT OF THE POCKET MAYBE 3 TIMES MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE BEING I MUST REPLACE THE TILE THAT WAS DESTROYED, AND OF COURSE A SIMILAR MOP. I PRAY I AM APPRECIATED FOR CONSIDERING THIS PRODUCT AND HOPE THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED.
