It is the perfect size for our space and would be a great option for anyone living in an apartment or condo where space is limited.  The washer has great features, is quiet, and does a great job washing our clothes so far.  There is no rocking or vibrating on the spin cycle which we have experienced with other branded front-load washers.

Compact & Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous washer had 3 settings, so all of the options were a little intimidating to me at first but customer service went out of their way to help answer questions (even the ones that I should have been able to figure out myself by reading the manual). They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and happy adjusting to a front load washer.

If you're questioning if the size will work for you: a set of flannel queen sheets fits with room to spare (see pic for reference).
I helped to quickly gather and wash clothes for 3 emergency foster placements. There were A LOT of clothes and blankets to wash quickly. I never once wished for my gigantic old washer. Everything was washed and ready to go with great efficiency.  

It is quiet and gets the job done quickly and well. The options are useful and intuitive. I am teaching my 6yr old as I learn so he will be doing his own laundry soon.  There is a "favorites" button to set so it will be easy to help him ease into all the features. He definitely wasn't ready to use our previous washer but I have no doubt that he can use this without any issues.

Was delivered on 3/17/2021. This dryer and set was replacing a older model front loader Electrolux. Decided to stop every 10 minutes while drying . It was 5 yrs old . Cheaper to replace. I was able to use my pedestal's from my previous set. That saved me a bundle . As you can see I don't have much space. Fits for me.

Knowing Electrolux had a stronghold in Europe for this size/style, we went with this pair.  Size is perfect and very happy with the final product.  Now just to finish the "closet" doors.

A well built appliance with great cleaning results

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this compact size Electrolux washer as a replacement for Samsung VRT which was *huge compared to this one. It was delivered on the 17th of April and so far I'm satisfied with it and it is the perfect size for the tiny space that we have to fit a washer. The only thing that I would prefer is the beeping sound to be louder or had an option of *lower and higher.

This would be super convenient for a couple or someone living in apartments but for a family of 4, it's a little on the small side. it will do a full days worth of laundry for us! As for towels; it will hold probably 5-6 towels comfortably. You could probably stuff a few more if that's your thing.

This is an update to a review just posted. 1. Arrived today. First one damaged, so second one. 2. Rocks back and forth a tad (yes, it is balanced). 3. Extremely loud, louder than the Bosch, Miele, GE, or Whirlpool. 4. Came with a non-standard 120 V plug, needed to purchase an adapter. 5. Terrible smell. Sour, like a mix of feces and emesis. Traced to bottom of back of unit. 6. Installer had difficulty turning the thing on, power buttom glitchy. 7. Called customer service. Put in queue, call disconnected prior to my speaking with someone. Went through phone tree again and sales indicated that I need to get it serviced --Happy Day 1 of ownership. Yeesh.
