Product info

Nature has never looked so good. Our Matte Black Root Console is a by-product of Indonesia’s sustainable teak wood harvesting industry. Rather than being left to rot underground, each felled tree’s sturdy root system is carefully excavated — a painstaking process that pays off in the form of this one-of-a-kind piece. The top is sanded and polished for a smooth feel, while the sides are left untouched, making this console completely unique. Borrowing from an ancient wood burning practice, it’s coated with several layers of a squid ink and shellac mixture, which is charred before drying to create a deep charcoal black finish. The perfect mix of organic and modern, our Matte Black Root Console brings instant drama and natural beauty wherever it goes. We especially love it as an earthy, statement-making addition to the entryway or living room.

  • WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY — Your order will be shipped to a local delivery company, who will contact you to set up a delivery date and time. They will unwrap, inspect, assemble and place your item in your home. Arrives in 2-3 weeks.
  • LOCAL DELIVERY — Your order will be delivered by our Chicagoland delivery team, we will contact you to set up a delivery appointment. They will unwrap, inspect, assemble and place your item in your home.

Return Policy

Non-furniture Merchandise
Return non-furniture items purchased on our website within 30 days of original delivery for a full refund. We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund to the same credit card used for original purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.


In-stock Furniture Items

We accept returns of furniture in its original condition when you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. To receive a full refund, call us at 800.472.1885 or email us at returns@jaysonhome.com. We will arrange to have the item(s) picked up by a local freight company, who will contact you to coordinate pick up. Once returned to our warehouse, we will inspect your item(s) and issue a refund accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
