Bought these as part of Christmas gifts for nieces/nephews. Also grabbed a box for my own 3 kids. I'm sure they'll all love it. Who doesn't love Lucky Charms marshmallows? We don't often get the cereal, so this will be a fun treat. I may have to try a packet myself! :)

A fun treat!

I was minding my own dang business walking through Walmart. I found myself on the coffee aisle as adults do, and I looked up to see this. I'm sure you know what happened next..... Yep,  in the cart. As adults do.... But no, seriously, I had my teenage sister with me at the time, and she was REALLY excited when she saw it too. Of course it was going to come home with me. It's as delicious as it sounds. The marshmallows are literally what they put in the cereal. It compliments the cocoa very well.

Lucky me

Normally I make hot cocoa mix for teachers, but thought I should buy some packaged since this is a pandemic. All my kids virtual teachers are local teachers and absolutely LOVED this. They were excited to see these marshmallows and wondered where we got them. A little joy to a crazy year, brought to us by Swiss Miss. Yes, this means I gave out Christmas presents early--Covid cases are on the rise and we don't know when all schools will close doors and go virtual, but right now virtual teachers are teaching from the school buildings.  

Have I mentioned these were a huge hit!?!  I also sneaky got my kiddos some and will put it in their stockings. :)

Easy smiles with this cocoa, esp. good for 2020

I Really Like the fact you get 2 choices- this box has 12 packets,  if just want a  hot chocolate,   you can open just those packets,  or if you want  marshmallows in it,  you can open those too!! Perfect for cold days,  and whatever type of hot chocolate you prefer!   Fast shipping too!

This stuff is absolutely awesome.   It comes in a big box but you only get 6 hot chocolates.  There are 12 packets in the box.  6 are hot chocolate and 6 are lucky charms marshmallows.  You get a good amount of marshmallows to add to your hot chocolate and it gives the chocolate a really tasty kick. The marshmallows did not melt quickly like they do with the regular Swiss Miss hot chocolates that have marshmallows. Mine lasted til the end of the drink.  The cost is a little less than $2 for you pay about 33 cents per cup. You will not have any trouble finding this on the shelf. When I walked by it jumped right out at me! But if that does not happen with you then you can find it with the other boxed hot chocolates.  I will definitely purchase this again and would recommend it to anyone who likes hot chocolate. I would recommend it to people who do not usually like hot chocolate. You should def give this a try!

Nothing special about this hot cocoa! I think the Lucky Charm logo caught our eyes. It's nothing different about taste. You get packets inside box. Each is attached with one pack cocoa and other pack lucky charms. Which you can just go by a box of all charms and add it in the regular box of Swiss miss cocoa. The only thing I found different when adding the lucky charm it taste more creamery. The taste is really good to me. I even added marshmallows and enhanced the flavor. Throwing the name lucky charm on box was over exaggerated. I was hoping to taste lucky charm flavor. But my family loved it.

Instead of just adding some fancy marshmallows, you get only half of the cocoa mix.

I saw these on a site that advertised up and coming food products, so I waited a while until this was finally in stock in my store (it was out of stock for a while when it released). I was excited to grab the last box. Swiss Miss in my opinion was always sort of bland and watery, even though I use almond milk instead of water. So when I made this, that's what I did. I tasted the hot chocolate on its own - same as its always been. Plain and hard to distinguish any real flavors. Then I added the marshmallows. They are legit Lucky Charms mallows so they were fine on their own but awful in the hot chocolate. They gummed up and kind of soaked up the flavorless hot chocolate. The tastes didn't go together. It was an interesting product but overall ended up being kind of underwhelming. I do think it is a fun food idea for kids though with the pretty mallows (although they don't look very pretty in the drink).
