Useful non-invasive sleep monitor
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beddit 3.0 is a relatively useful sleep monitoring device you simply place under your bedsheets and monitor via the app. It measures room temperature, humidity, respiration, heart rate, snoring, time to fall asleep, time awake, and level of sleep plus scores your sleep. It generally works well and provides some insight into your sleeping but seems to not be entirely accurate; it cannot really tell the difference between your being awake and just not moving in bed vs. an actual light sleep. As this is not directly connected to the body and to brainwaves, it seems to rely on body movements and pressure to determine awake vs light sleep cycles. So, there is some obvious percent error, but overall it does a decent job of showing deeper sleep vs awake times.

Beddit 3.0 Sleep Analysis device
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Beddit 3.0 because it was on a Deal of the Day and it was a fair price for discontinued product. It works very well. It produces a very interesting report and reports trends that I find very enlightening. It allows you to annotate with additional detail and solicits your review of how rested you feel.

Great product If you have an iPhone
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you are an Apple user, have your Sleep monitor on your bed. Charge your phone as close to you as possible and just see the magic happen. I have loved this product with its accuracy. I would say this is one of the underrated inventions in tech. THe precision it has, the capability to measure my heartbeat from under my sheets is just mind-blowing. I didn't get a chance to use it for two people but for a single person, I would say, it is great.

Do not buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible support from the developers. Both apps barely work this, a lot of bugs to fix before I’d recommend this product.

Avoid manual sleep tracking - buy Withings instead
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beddit forces you manually begin tracking your sleep every night inside the companion iOS app - you have to remember to open it every night. In contrast, I also bought the Withings sleep tracking mat and it tracks sleep *automatically* - no need to open the app every night! Buy the Withings mat instead - same price, but much easier to use.
