It is bitter and has very little sugar. it is the perfect healthy type of chocolate the doctors recommend.  I highly recommend for the true chocolate lover,  Packing was beautiful, we are in Florida and it gets hot even in winter. Lindt put in a huge icepack wrapped with tissue paper along with the chocolate. Plenty of packaging and the chocolate arrive in amazing condition.

This chocolate was perfect for what I needed it for and the cacao flavor came through so nicely. It’s low in carbs but not easy for eating directly as the cacao is so high. The melt and hardening process went very well and I’d definitely use this again in my recipes. I definitely recommend this to others.

Dark Chocolate Bliss

This chocolate bar is great when doing KETO.  2-1/2 servings per bar, 4 pieces in a serving and has 8 gm. carbs., 5 gm. fiber, and 1 gm. sugar,  It helps when a sugar craving hits you.  My son loves this bar.

Good for a sugar craving

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When looking for high-quality dark chocolate you should pick something that has at least 70% cocoa. Another thing to look for is a minimal list of ingredients, as we have in this case, and I love that sugar is listed last, but I wish they used cane sugar. 

I usually consume 72% dark chocolate by itself and use the darker one for baking. This way I can control the amount of sugar that goes into my baked goods. I can add as little or as much sweetener as I want and what is important, I do not use any refined white sugar. 

This product only has 1 gram of sugar per 4 pieces (32 grams), so it's not bad at all. I use it in grain-free cookies, brownies, and almond butter cups. It is easy to melt, it has a smooth texture and it is easy to pour into molds. 

Baking with extra dark chocolate gives a more intense flavor to desserts. I like to use maple syrup as a sweetener and also add a sprinkle of salt to most baked goods or even almond butter cups to balance the flavor.

Good for baking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lindt Excellence 95% cocoa bar is a very high quality chocolate, but at 95% it has so little sugar I found it almost inedible. The high cocoa content makes this a bar with higher antioxidants and more cocoa than most other bars, and I found it could only be consumed in small quantities, such as one square at a time. I definitely recommend Lindt Excellence bars, but I will stick to cocoa levels below 90% from now on.

High quality, extremely dark

I was so angry I could spit when I found out that "SUGAR" is included in the product.  I do not have a sugar problem and I do not want one.  So quit with the SUGAR.

No sugar needed, cheat's makes me very angry.
