every new Mommy needs a thermometer for their baby's needs not always do you have to go to the doctors for a warm baby now you can find out what his or her temperature is this thermometer is a good thermometer because you don't have to put it in your ears just rub it across your head recommend it to anyone that's in need

I like the product, however, the digital readout says "Lo" indicating a low temp or bad reading. I threw the batteries away and used new ones thinking it was a low battery indicator.

Don't throw away the batteries!

Wasn't something that I wanted but it's all right

It doesn't look like it's new. How could I get the used one when I order for new?

When I used the ear setting, it showed I had over 103° fever. when I used the thermal setting, my temperature was below normal. Neither was right. when I used an oral thermometer, my temperature was actually 100.5°.

Does not give an accurate temperature.

ordered two of these, one for me and one for my grandson, compared one to the other and never got the same reading twice. measured the distance so they were at the distance everytime, readings were at a difference that would be making a wrong choice for treatment or not.

This thermometer is super inaccurate. First it said no one had fevers despite other thermometers showing fever of 103. Then it said everyone had 103.8 fevers, when other thermometers showed 101.6. Finally it showed adultsninnthe house all had 100.1 temps when they felt fine. Being off 2-4⁰ doesnt seem like much until youre holding down a desperate toddler try ro take their temperatures multiple times and with multiple thermometers.

Super Inaccurate

Didn't receive my order and they refused to give me my money back or replace my items. I'm so upset and disappointed that I have wasted money because I wasn't notified for hour after my order was delivered and they never followed my delivery instructions!!!!! 😡🤬😠

Never received order, Walmart will not help!!!!!

I received a USED FOREHEAD/EAR THERMOMETER from this seller!! the batteries were opened already and there's even the MISSING THE EAR ATTACHMENT. You sent a USED THERMOMETER SELLER and this is UNACCEPTABLE!! i pay for NEW and I EXPECT NEW. Especially for a thermometer!!! I want a replacement seller!! My response from You is..??..well, i am still waiting on that from You!! it's not right and i will  rate you 1 star because it's a negative 1 star !! do the right thing and send me a replacement please.
