I ordered and paid for crayons  140 piece art set and they sent me a different art kit that is only 115 pieces. What gives?

Did receive the same item I ordered and paid for.

Instead of the 140 piece Crayola Assorted Zigzag Inspiration Art Case, I received a 115 piece Crayola Imagination Art Coloring Set. Not sure if this is a one-off mistake or if they no longer have the Zigzag set (I was unable to find that set anywhere else). I kept the smaller set because it is listed for the same price and my kids were very eager to start using it. The crayons and markers are good quality as you'd expect from Crayola. The case is OK - I feel like it could be sturdier but it works. Still dissappointed that I didn't receive the product I expected.

Wrong set received - 115 pieces vs 140

Same as others have stated, this rating is on Walmart and there lack of updating the product info. Walmart sells multiple crayola boxes, however, I tried twice to order the 140 piece pictured and described but Walmart delivered the 115 piece set identifying it as the 140 piece. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift and a better option than others but looks like I could have gotten the 115 at a better sale price from Target.

Wrong item sent

Do not purchase this product they sent me the wrong product. I received the 115 count one when I clearly ordered the 140 count one seems like they've done this to everyone seems like a scam to me and this was a gift so I can't afford to send it back and wait or return

Disappointed

I ordered this twice and got 115 pieces set instead. Want for Christmas gift for grandson.

Fraud

Ordered 140 piece Crayola ZigZag Imagination Set. Received 115 piece Crayola Set. Store employee says that they “reference each other” so the system considers them the same. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. Disappointed that I came here to reviews and found that this has clearly been an issue for a while and Walmart is doing nothing to resolve it.

Item not as described

I ordered the Crayola Inspiration Art Case for my daughter because it was her most wanted gift for Christmas. Shipping was super FAST and it is an awesome case from a trusted brand. However, I ordered a set that included 140 pieces, because it is the one she specifically chose and the one I received ONLY includes 115 pieces :( After, looking at other reviews I see that this happened to other people too.. I have no idea how to get the larger 140 piece set because prior to my order, I had my husband order the 140 piece set from his account as a pick up order and he received the same 115 piece set as well. Now I have placed an order for the Crayola  ULTRA smART case, but it is considerably more expensive and i'm not sure if it will make it before Christmas. I have several health issues that leave me susceptible to picking up colds/viruses and l have chronically fatigue,  so I dread having to go in the store and endure the return process with Walmart for the two 115 piece Art cases that we received that weren't what we ordered…not to mention we don't live super close to a Walmart, so that's extra time and gas.
