Yes, this listing is for a clear mascara.

Most of our mascaras, like the Great Lash are available in both "waterproof" and "washable" formulas. The waterproof mascaras will have the word WATERPROOF on both the packaging and on the tube. While we are not sure what a water based mascara is, all of the ingredients for our mascaras can be found on the packaging as well as our webpage for the mascara your'e interested in. I've been using the Maybelline blue mascara for probably 20 years--I bought 2 tubes a couple years ago because I was having trouble finding it; it seemed to be becoming scarce.  Now I can't find it at all.  People have always remarked on my blue eyes, and this product made them even more noticeable.  PLEASE BRING IT BACK.  Even if you market it only online at your site--those of us who have depended on the blue mascara for many years will have a way to keep using it.

My lashes have begun to thin as I've gotten older. This mascara works like a charm! Not only do my lashes look thicker, but the brush actually curls them as well.

Just what I needed!

I've been using this mascara for many, many years now.  I have tried many other of your mascara as well, but I always go back to this one. However, the last two purchase I've been a little disappointed with the mascara brush. The quality doesn't seem to be on point.  It drys up to quick and the bristles of the brush are defective.

Love this mascara…but…

I prefer to use clear it's more natural and everyone thinks I have on false lashes. I don't allow my granddaughters to wear makeup so this Clear is PERFECT for them too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this mascara in the #greatlashblue voxbox and I was excited to see that a product I so fondly remember my mother using when I was a little girl has made a comeback in a big way! First off I want to say thank you to @influenster & @maybelline for the free products for testing! This was my first #voxbox and I was incredibly excited to try on and review the makeup. Please keep in mind though the products were free my review is my own honest opinion... so now all that is out of the way, here it is.  [product:maybelline-great-lash-royal-blue-mascara] comes in the cute and classic tradition bright pink and green tube we all know and love from maybelline great lash mascaras and it also has the same (I'd describe it as a more separated spiral bristle) lash building brush.  As for the formula I love that it is smooth and not clumpy, it doesn't leave me with tarantula eyes and I love that I can keep building until I am satisfied with my look! When it comes to the color I also am satisfied with the results, I am a brunette  with dark lashes and you definitely see a slight pop of color in most lights. Outside in the sun and in well light areas that slight pop becomes a wow! The royal blue really is a gorgeous color and gives even my everyday simple cateye and chapstick a fun wow factor without the overdone feeling.  Just a tip: use a mascara primer, for those of you with dark lashes that really want the blue to pop more, it really helps to add to the drama!
