Great bike for a great price
I did a ton of research on exercise bikes before I bought this. I compared prices, considered features, watched review videos and really took everything into consideration. The Bowflex C6 is simply the best bike for the price, and is better than many bikes that are more expensive. Now that I have us...

Great bike BUT....
After doing EXTENSIVE research, I decided to order this bike over a Peloton or Keiser. The Peloton app is amazing, but the bike is overpriced and the warranty is bad. (Really - no SPD compatible pedals either?!) The Keiser bike is great, but I wasn't looking to drop that much on a bike. When I came ...

Great bike and great customer service
Misleading Marketing and Poor Customer Service
Do Not Buy!!! We recently purchased the Bowflex Max Trainer after visiting Bowflex's official website and searching specifically for ellipticals. The Max Trainer appeared in the elliptical category, and the product page repeatedly referred to it as an "elliptical-like" machine. Based on this marketing, we believed we were purchasing a traditional elliptical or a close equivalent. However, upon receiving and assembling the machine, it became immediately clear that the Max Trainer is not a traditional elliptical. The motion is more aligned with a stair-stepper, with a vertical, high-resistance movement, not the expected elliptical glide. The experience did not align with what was marketed on the website. We contacted Bowflex customer service to express our concerns. To their credit, the representative acknowledged that their marketing and product categorization can cause confusion. Despite this admission, we were informed that return fees would still apply. We requested these fees be waived and for the issue to be escalated to a supervisor. We did not receive a response until we reached out again. The supervisor eventually contacted us but gave a generic, scripted response that clearly showed no real review of the issue had occurred. We then asked to speak with a manager. Again, we received no reply until we followed up ourselves. When the manager did respond, we were given yet another scripted reply with no effort toward resolution or accountability for the misleading marketing. We asked to speak to someone higher up, and once again, there has been no response — even after another follow-up attempt. At this point, we are extremely disappointed in Bowflex's lack of genuine customer service and accountability. Their own representatives have admitted that the way the Max Trainer is marketed can be misleading, yet they continue to hold customers financially responsible for a return based on that same misleading information.

Great bike, too bad we didn't have a choice of a comfy seat

6 days a week, just ordered a comfort seat from another company as Bo flex has a waitlist for there's. Should have a choice of seat at time of purchase.
Great Purchase

This is set up in our basement and we use it multiple times per week to keep in shape. We would purchase this again.
Definitely not.
Weight resistance disk don't last long, they are expensive to replace. I've been trying to get for two to three months, and they are unavailable. Without them the machine is worthless.
