With double glazed windows to the sides, this cabin offers a bright and airy interior space to enjoy. A double glazed door is supplied, complete with a lock and key to ensure you can secure your belongings away safely when not in use.
The roof and floor are constructed with hard wearing tongue and groove boards to form a robust and long lasting finish and high quality mineral felt is supplied as standard. Mineral felt is comprised of bitumen and a fine mineral granule material that ensures a weatherproof barrier between the elements and your new building.

INSTALLATION PROCESS
Mercia's aim is to make your installation experience as easy as possible, with minimal disruption as possible to your normal routine. To enable this their garden building installation service is as follows...
Once your order has been processed Mercia will send you an email to confirm your order and all the necessary information to ensure your garden is suitable and prepared for installation. It's vital to make sure you have a firm, level base ready to install onto.
Once evidence has been provided of your firm, level base, our friendly customer service team will call you to book in a delivery and installation date that suits you. This will typically be the same day, however, for some buildings it may be different days.
On the day of delivery, we will send you a text to confirm your two-hour delivery slot and a link to the delivery portal, where you will be able to track the exact location of the driver.
Your new garden building will be delivered on a flatbed van. Please make sure there is adequate access to the build site without going through your house, garage or neighbouring property. Providing all is OK, the installation team will move the building into the installation position.
The team will then install your new building as per the product instructions. Once completed, the team will make sure to clean up afterwards, leaving you to relax and enjoy your new garden building.

Corner log cabin
We bought this 6 weeks ago,surprised how quick they could deliver it.Delivered on the date.Overall cabin looks great good quality.Windows and doors not so good quality.The doors need extra bracing,because they keep dropping,had to buy different hinges for windows.Minor little jobs to do.

Nice cabin ruined by a very cheap roof felt
Had this put up 2 weeks ago the log cabin we are impressed with but the roof felt is not good enough for a dog kennel. It’s Saturday heavy rain water coming in bad. Just phoned my builder who said the roof felt was like paper but I thought it would last a year
He going to get roof shingles for it. At this price they should have been included.
Order a power shed from them also. This is a quality shed with quality roof felt, very pleased with power sheds a third of the price of the log cabin!!

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Warranty Mercia Garden Products offer a conditional 10-year anti rot warranty. To comply with the warranty, you must register your building, along with applying a high-quality wood preservative and high-quality wood topcoat paint once the building has been assembled. A high-quality wood topcoat paint must be applied annually thereafter to protect against water ingress and weathering.
