I fall asleep within an hour after chewing one or two of these gummies.
 I generally wake up ever hour and a half or so all night, so I bought these to try for a full nights sleep. I sleep well now, getting 8-9 hours a night. I haven't experienced any hangover effects in the mornings. I was concerned that I would feel groggy in the mornings but I don't at all. I wake up refreshed and rested every time.

My mother introduced me to these to help me find a healthier way to balance my struggles with getting adequate sleep without having to revert to my alcoholism or getting hooked on some form of medication or pills that are not natural. So long story short I'm especially pleased that Walmart carries these.
