Going back to barbecue’s origins, Weber's Smokey Mountain BBQ adds a delicious smoky flavour when low-and-slow cooking for tender results. Stacked within the sturdy, upright, bullet-shaped chamber are two 47-centimetre cooking grates with plenty of room to cook meaty ribs, succulent salmon, tasty pulled pork and even smoky, flavourful cheeses to feed a large group. The two plated steel cooking grates are tiered so you can smoke-cook ribs and roasts at the same time.

Built to last, it has a sleek porcelain-enamelled bowl, lid and tall centre section and three rust-resistant aluminium legs, fuel door and heat shield. Designed with height to keep food an appropriate distance from your fuel source, it comes with an integrated a char ring and a water pan to catch drippings, create steam and stabilise the temperature, adding moisture and maintaining a low-and-slow temperature for hours at a time. Easily add fuel to the charcoal chamber at any time through the rust-resistant aluminium fuel door.

Four rust-resistant aluminium dampers help control airflow within the cooking chamber and a built-in lid thermometer helps you monitor the cooking temperature. The glass-reinforced nylon lid handle protects your hand from the heat.

In the bottom of the cooking chamber, a heavy-gauge steel charcoal grate holds hot burning briquettes without warping. Its bars are close enough together to keep even diminishing coals from falling through.
