You will need AWD or GOOD snow tires in the winter!!! Looking out over majestic mountains close enough to explore --or not . Enjoy your little piece of Serenity while watching the sunset after exploring all the area has to offer for the outdoors enthusiast. Skiing at Sunday River is only 28 miles away ,hunting,fishing,ATV and Snowmobiling right out the front door.

So much to do right at the place!

Good for the Soul has so many activities and things to keep you occupied during your stay. The hiking trails were great and the views spectacular! We really enjoyed hearing the brook from the screened in porch. It's a bit like visiting grandma's house. Lots of decor and nothing goes to waste. This is one me, I knew dogs are allowed to stay in the cabin, but sadly I'm sensitive (slightly allergic) to dog smells/dander. Just wanted to mention it for any others with the same problem. Lisa is great and gives lots of tips on using the trails and the best local eateries. Thanks Lisa!

The property was beautiful and it had everything we needed and then some. The owner was helpful and informative. The pool table and dart board were an awesome addition. The property was clean and maintained and we had a wonderful time!

Wonderful stay

My husband and I rented Good for the Soual for our anniversary trip. It was a great get away in which we had our privacy but Rusty and Lisa were avaliable if we had any questions or to lend suggestions of local spots. Great small community feel. House was clean and well cared for. Dont hesitate to rent this one.

Long weekend

The cabin and the property were as advertised; everything was well maintained and we didn’t lack for any comforts of home. We went for a long weekend in March with the dogs and thoroughly enjoyed the snowshoeing/hiking trails. Being able to leave from the cabin with the trails easily accessible, well marked, and broken in was perfect.

Peaceful Getaway

From the moment we arrived and saw the cabin. The pictures don't do justice, the place is more beautiful. Lisa and Rusty were extremely helpful with how everything worked and helping us with the area and snowmobile trails. Rusty drew maps and was very helpful to make sure we got out on our adventures. We are extremely pleased with our time at "Good For The Soul" and will be booking again in the future.
