This freestanding natural gas grill has four stainless steel tube burners that provide up to 48,000 BTUs of cooking power. The grill has stainless steel cooking grates with 500 square inches of main cooking area and 260 square inches across the plated steel warming area for a total of 760 square inches of cooking area. The Napoleon Jetfire ignition with crossover lighting starts each burner individually for a reliable start up every time and allows you to light all the burners at the same time. The stainless steel wave cooking grids create the trademark Napoleon sear lines and allow for better heat retention. I bought this grill in April 2023 to replace my 13 year old grill. I have had the grill for 6 months now and am very satisfied with the quality and performance. It heats up quickly (600 - 700 degrees) and cooks evenly throughout all the cooking area. I have had no need to try the lifetime warranty but that was a benefit of me purchasing the grill. I would definitely recommend this grill.

This grill exceeds my expectations and will probably last me the rest of my natural life.  I am 67 and anticipate this grill will still be going strong long after I've left behind this life.  All the stainless steel components and the heft exude quality.  The stainless steel grates are so very easy to clean in the kitchen sink or outside with a hose (not while on the grill itself).  My grill is a natural gas grill and the hookup is superb because it easily disconnects from the gas line source, allowing it to be moved as needed or desired.  I haven't put this grill through its paces yet, full disclosure, but I am looking forward to using the rotisserie, the sear burner, and trying to smoke some different meats and cook vegetables as well.  The possibilities seem endless.

Superb Grill with More than enough Giddyup!

This is our second Napoleon grill and it is much better performing this #1, but that first grill is now enjoying a second life at our sons home. I love being connected to the natural gas. The ignition feature on each burner and having four burners instead of three results in improved temperature control for cooking. Bottom line, this unit has all the features we loved in our first Napoleon plus improvements.

We Got this BBQ in Oct 2021 and it has been the best grill i have ever owned heats up fast and even put it on low steady no flar ups. And cleans up easy . you can't ask for a better Grill. I would highly recommend this grill.My son is getting a new home hope i can win him one.

Amazing grill!!

I'm very impressed with rugged design and features with one exception.  The wheels on this grill are not suitable for anything other than a smooth, hard surface.  I have a wood deck and with the inevitable cracks and knot holes and with the weight of this grill the wheels are simply not large enough.  I consider this grill to be immovable on my deck.  Very well packaged.  Assembly was relatively easy.  While instructions are sparse on some steps, on line videos on assembly help.   Overall I'm very happy with purchase.  Just wish it had functional wheels.

Very rugged with one exception

I bought this grill about two years ago. Loved the look and the LED lights were a bonus. But don't let the lights fool you.

Worked well for about 4 months and then things went south.
I honestly think this grill has a design flaw. The flavor bars are too close to each other, that causes the grill to become a firebox.
Mine flamed out and burned all my electronics. Napolean was nice enough to send me replacement parts, the problem is they 
never could get me the right parts, After 5 months working with them I gave up.  Today I sit with a grill that is 50% functioning at best
the lights work, but the side and back infra burners are broken. In the last week my grill is spewing flames above a knob. 

Bottom line, if you have a couple grand to throw at an outdoor grill with pretty lights but don't care to use it, this is the grill for you.
If you are planning to use it almost daily, even with regular cleaning, it's better to buy a different brand. My previous Weber summit lasted
for 14 years and I will now go back to Weber and toss this grill and fancy lights in the trash.
