The resort is well laid out, the winding path through the trees and under the mangroves was one of my favorite parts! I picked this resort because it was smaller, (no golf cart needed), and it still had 5 restaurants!

The beach is amazing. Service at the hotel is a very high level, staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice details such as juices & smoothies at the beach. On top, the hotel organizes great activities to keep guests entertained. Bloved restaurant is the best in the hotel. The buffet is quite varied.

Beautiful resort in a jungle & mangrove setting on one of the best Riviera Maya beaches!! La Palapa buffet restaurant often had better food than the specialty restaurants! Great pool with bar serving excellent drinks!

3rd stay here. Excellent value. Privilege upgrade which gives access to Beloved restaurant/lounge/beach is a must for me for the views of the beach and palm trees, ambiance, and continuous a la carte service. The food is tasty and satisfying for the price, they make an effort and nice presentation. Beef items at all locations were especially delicious on the last trip, compliments on the supplier. We ate mostly at Beloved. Juice bar is great. Room was clean. It’s the tropics, so expect humidity. AC worked and room remained cool. Staff was lovely and very accommodating

Food is decent and fairly good in most respects. Most restaurants were fairly good, nothing steller. I liked the quesadilla at Adelitas. Jorge was a good waiter. Only one very mediocre mezcal available and often they run out. Service, including room maids higher than average. Buffer for breakfast and lunch above average. Buffet views of beach superior if you get a good seat. Animation staff run a fun program despite low budget. Aquaexercise was always fun! Good job Regina, Juan, and Diego! Great beach and fine pool and bars. Overall good value for the money and staff was above average towards superior. If you have to work wifi is pretty good compared to other hotels in area. I recommend this property given the above criteria.

the staff is awesome.. The pool, the restaurants at night. everything is top notch. The buffet is great…. I wish we could have stayed longer instead of goong to Cancun to another Hotel
