It is very comfortable, it fits very well, since Polartec fabrics are thinner than their Gore-tex equivalents. It preserves body temperature very well, I didn't get cold with it at almost 0 degrees with only a merino underneath. I have not tested its waterproofing in heavy rain, only in drizzle and fog. In those conditions, perfect! I love the color, very elegant. Summary: 9/10
