@__thefrequency I decided to reach for my “Create Your Own Calm” journal from target tonight. . . With the recent move, I haven’t been able to really practice the same self love that I had been prior to leaving. Of course, uprooting your daily routine and flow will surely throw you off, and it has. But! My mom and I were just talking about how you should keep up with your routine when you go somewhere new and I think that is definitely a secret to keeping yourself motivated no matter what. If you get in the right mindset, continue to practice self love and your routine that makes you feel good, you will be good! I was reminded to stay present tonight. I am excited to begin this new journey 🥰✨🚤
