The hosts are wonderful and very helpful. They put on a home cooked breakfast with fresh local fruits. The location is central and convenient with several attractions and the bus station within walking distance.

Great hotel managed by a lovely family. Jonathan has been really helpful from start to finish, recommending guides for Chichen Itza, beautiful cenotes, where to eat and drink... The mother prepared us a delicious breakfast in the morning, early enough to get to the Mayan sites at 8am. The whole family is really kind and welcoming! The rooms where super clean and comfy, the backyard really nice, peaceful and quiet. Highly recommended!

Can't say enough good about this stay! Location is excellent, and Luis and Gaby couldn't be more friendly! Son Jonathan runs a travel agency and is incredibly helpful in assisting in planning your time in Valladolid! Beds are comfy, room/bathroom is more than sufficient. Last but not least . . . Gaby's breakfasts are AMAZING!

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the breakfast was a nice plus. We were three retired women traveling together, and we were able to share a room and each have our own bed (triple), with private bathroom (with very hot shower) for a VERY reasonable rate. We spent time recharging at the very comfortable table with padded bench seats, out in the garden, and were able to use the refrigerator and kitchen to keep our beer and snacks cold. The location was just a block away from Centro, which was very convenient to everything. It was a surprisingly relaxing place to stay, and we actually returned to it after a visit to the coast.

Such a cute family run hostel with a great atmosphere! They're super friendly, always ready to help you, give you great tips for what to see and do, or just there to have a chat. There are both dorms and double rooms, which makes it a nice mix of people staying at the hostel. The garden in the back provides a nice place to chill, socialize, and to enjoy the amazing breakfast. The location is just perfect in the city center.

The owners take care of you like family. The place is super clean. Beds are made everyday, which I’ve never seen done in a hostel before. You can fill your own water bottle with mineral water - also not a norm in other hostels in Mexico. They also rent out scooters at very nominal rates that make it super convenient to explore Chichen Itza and nearby cenotes. And thr best part is the patio/backyard - which makes you feel like you’re in nature. They also have a pet turtle on the property! All in all, a great stay, at a great location, with exceptionally warm hosts. Will totally stay here again.

Family were extremely friendly and helpful, giving great tourist advice and help. The garden verandah was great for relaxing and a good way to meet and talk with other guests. Breakfast was good and changed every day. Location was also good being just a few blocks from the main square. We had a private double room which was spacious and very comfortable. Would highly recommend. We extended our stay as did several other guests while we were there.
