I like that it is all touch tone.  This brews coffee fast and you can choose different cup amounts to brew. This is very easy to clean and looks sharp sitting on the counter!

Great Coffee Pot

There is a strong brew option and it makes the best tasting coffee I've ever had. The LED touch display is easy to use and extremely responsive. The delay brew option makes planning ahead a breeze. Amazing coffee maker

I really like the touch display and all the other features it has, especially where you can program the timer for the coffee pot to make coffee at a certain time. The style of the coffee maker is also really nice, it looks really good on my counter! It even has the option to make your coffee stronger also! It's made very well nice and durable, i would definitely recommend this coffee maker if your are looking for a great one!

Great Features

The front has a touch screen with different options to set the time, the number of cups, and a brew now or later. It makes up to 12 cups of coffee so when I only need a little , there's an option for it. There is also an option if you like strong coffee which is nice.

Great Coffee Maker

I bought this product 1 month ago. I was very happy with everything about it UNTIL I burned my hand when the handle broke as I was pouring myself a cup of coffee. The plastic tab that  holds the pot to the handle is not sturdy and cracked in half!! Thank goodness the burn was not serious!!

Warning!

Unfortunately we only got to brew three (3) pots of coffee in our new machine before the coffee pot sporadically exploded while my husband was rinsing it out over the weekend in preparation to brew our Sunday morning coffee.  

We are awaiting our new/exchanged machine which should be arriving tomorrow.  I'm hopeful that we just happened to receive a 'bad apple' last week.  Aside from the pot exploding, the machine itself was easy to use/program and I LOVED being able to wake up to already brewed coffee instead of having to start and wait for my morning cup of coffee to brew.  

Fingers crossed we don't have any issues with the new machine!  After discussing the explosion more with my husband tonight, we believe the metal ring that's around the base of the pot could have something to do with the pot itself becoming more susceptible to cracking/breaking.  Neither of us have ever seen a setup with a metal ring around the base of a carafe/pot before, so we plan to take a better look at the engineering of the new machine once it arrives and we begin setting it up.

The review process does not let me choose an 'undecided' option with regards to whether or not I'd recommend this item... so, I'm choosing "yes" due to the fact that we were willing to give it a second try with a same-model replacement.  BUT.... if the second machine gives us any headaches or bloody fingertips, I'll be sure to update or add a new review indicating "no"!

Sporadically Exploding Coffee Pot, Oh My!

I bought this several months ago. Was working great and then it stopped brewing full pot coffee.It brews two cups and I have manually start again only to get maybe two more cups ! In order to get a full pot of coffee I have to do this several times!! Its very frustrating at 5:00 a.m when I just want my coffee to start the day to go to work . By then I'm aggravated to start my morning!!

Horrible product

I bought this a month ago. The band connecting the glass pot to the handle failed, causing the glass to fall and break on the counter sending glass and coffee all over the kitchen!

Also there is no way to turn on or off the warmer. It stays on for 4 hours after brewing coffee then automatically shuts off. But if leaving house the only way to turn off warmer is to unplug coffee maker, then you have to reset the time.

Other than above the coffee maker worked great for 1 month.
