The heating feature is for heat mainenance and will only help to maintain the temperature of water placed inside the footbath. It will not heat cold water. For a warm water massage, fill the unit with warm water.

Yes but only if you start out with hot water.

No built in heater....don&#39;t waste your money.

The box says it has a built in heater, is does NOT. I start out with very hot water, basically so hot I can barely put my feet in it and within minutes it&#39;s cooled down to room temp. This is a 1.97 foot basin with bubbles, no actual heater and it cost much more than 1.97. I literally write this with my feet in it so this is fact.

It says it has a heat maintaining function, but at only 40w total power use, that&#39;s not much to warm the water after running the blower... maybe enough to prevent it freezing, heh. I&#39;m guessing no more than 30w of heat, if even that.

Starting with hottest tap water, dipping toes gradually at first to acclimate to temp, it only lasted about 15 min or so before it felt cold and in NEED of more heat. I suspect that bubbling room temp air thru the water only makes it cool more quickly.

For only about $20, it&#39;s not really worth returning in the absence of any better option for heat, but I am a little disappointed

I didn't see it either so I put enough water to cover my feet and up onto my ankle. It doesn't bubble over the top when turned on if you have your feet in when you put the water in. It seems to be the right level.

It is not clearly defined!!! Just be careful when filling.

you see the on/off button ---- follow it downward into the water tub area ---- on that white part that sticks out is where the fill level line can be found .... run your fingers over that area as it&#39;s easier to feel than see.

Where is the water fill line? I can't find one on my spa.

I wouldn't use any more than 1/2 a cup. I use Epson salt and baking soda.

A LITTLE WILL NOT HARM ANYTHING. I HAVE DONE IT MYSELF.

I would not think so. Women&#39;s 10 here and it&#39;s almost snug.

This is better than lukewarm water, gossip filled joints....Privacy of my home, bubbles, hot water,  and massage settings. OK the instructions said no bubbles I understand why it almost overflowed...lol...a Lil goes along way. Get yours it was on sale. Wow wow wow!

(Bubblicious) feet heaven

I have been looking up a lot of foot spas on Amazon and Walmart.com/ many options and bad reviews. I really needed something soon, so I went directly to Walmart and grabbed the first and only foot spa I saw on the shelf.  I was fascinated on how well this foot spa worked when I got home. I like my water ICE COLD because my feet swell up after long days of work and the cold water really helps, along with Epson Salt. The BUBBLES WORK for me, perfectly.  This is the second night I'm using the foot spa and I love it. Bottom line is, give some products a chance, if I read all these reviews I would have not bought it and would still be in pain.

These are great. This is my second from Homedics. The first was a more expensive model that just died so I bought this one with the insurance to make sure I can return if the same happens

Read all the reviews and still decided to buy and see for myself. Yes read somewhere how the water does not get heated that's true. Bubbles are not as strong but nice to listen to while soaking my feet. For my first foot soaker it's a start but I will upgrade later.

Nice for a starter

I was really excited to get this! but unfortunately it does not blow bubble all the way down so much for a foot massage after work.

very disappointing

Zero bubbles. Just makes a lot of noise. Looked up and tried every "fix" online, and still no bubbles. Waste of money. Returning tomorrow. Included a picture of it "running" so you can see that there are no bubbles. Might as well just buy a plastic tub, and fill it with hot water, lol. Would give zero stars if possible.
