Great product with a great price point. Voice quality while using the watch to answer your phone is phenomenal. One dislike, the catch on the watch band. The typical loop and buckle would be better.

Fitbit Sense 2

It encourages me to meet my goals. Keeps me confident of my heart rate %26 calorie burn levels. The sleep tracking %26 how it affects your health has helped be attentive to bed times. I always want my step count %26 it is an excellent watch with clock face options. I have also been notified of irregular heartbeats.

I love my Sense❣️

I love Fitbit I've been using one since 2015. I took advantage of their super sale and got it discounted since my other one broke. My favorite part is the sleep function. I love knowing my quality of sleep. There are so many apps you can add to this watch to make it similar to Apple Watch. I've never used an Apple Watch although I'd love to because everything else I have is apple expect my watch but I just can't justify the extra expense right now so I stick with Fitbit!

Love my Fitbit!

Took me two weeks to receive this item. It sat in NH for sooo long. I actually thought I had been scammed... I received other items from this same order in 3 days. The actual item is fine and what i expected though.

terrible shipping

i loved my watch. fitbit app is pretty simple to use. i have had the watch for 3 and a half months and it no longer works.  tried troubleshooting with fitbit tech  in chat and they were not able to help. told me it was within warranty and they would send an email to fill out and request replacement. never received it.

did not have a long life

the watch looked nice. it tracked different metrics as advertised. i wanted to replace my samsung smart watch but even though it was advertised as having the ability to answer calls, i was unable to get it to do that.

Disappointed

Unrelated to the seller, the Fit 2 does not have 3rd party apps allowed. Do NOT buy this if you're looking to have third party apps. 

Related to the seller, when the watch arrived it appeared to be in working condition. I bought it in white from this seller and a black one from a different one; when my partner and I began wearing them, however, we noticed a huge difference. The one I bought from this seller does not track heartbeat well, doesn't respond to sensor feedback, barely tracks steps and burned calories AND its battery dies EXTREMELY quickly. For a device meant to have a several day battery life (which, mine does! but this one doesn't), it was extremely telling that the battery life of the one I bought from this seller was horrible. 

I missed the return window because we were trying so hard to make it work but I wish I could exchange the product because this one is completely useless. Paying several hundred dollars for the product only for it to be in this condition is absolutely ridiculous. I'm extremely disappointed.

Product unusable from this seller.

Watch screen would not turn on to pair with phone. Did factory reset, and charged battery, screen would display red X and not come on. Tried to exchange at Walmart and no stores had any in stock. Tried to return at Walmart and would not allow being a third party. Now been driving around to ship via Fedex which is the worst shipping company ever. Walgreens wont ship with cardboard box and label already printed out. Hub store stays its open, drive there and its closed.
Just buy directly throught Fitbit, save the trouble

Dont Buy from Third Party

I purchased the Fitbit Sense 2 with a delivery date of Dec. 30, 2023.  However, it has been delayed.  From the best I can tell there is no way to cancel the order.

No delivery without finding a cancel option.

That Walmart does not back up what they sell. I ordered a Fitbit sense 2 I had just a little over a month and it stopped working so I tried to return the broken one and then I was going to order a new one. Return center said it was past the time they give returns. I said so you will not return it she said no and told me to call on line services I did that and they were no more helpful. They told me I had to call Fitbit . I did and it took only 2 days to figure out what they should do. They tried things over the phone and nothing worked. They told me to send it back. They sent me a return label I printed it then I found out you can only send Fedx. It took almost 2 months to get it fixed. They said they were sending a replacement, but who knows if it was new or refurbished one. I have to say Fitbit was helpful but it just took a long time. I will no longer buy electronics from Walmart no matter the good deal they have.
