Custom crossword puzzle Save the Dates! Serves as a fun game for your invited guests, as well as a nice memento for them to keep while your wedding date approaches.

The puzzle itself is customized for you and your fiancé. I will create a crossword game from the clues & answers you write and provide to me. I will also include your photos, names, colors, and wedding date. Other information can be included too — just ask!

Here are just a FEW ideas of some crossword clues to get your started:

• city where you met
• location of your first date
• how many years you've been together
• name of the best man or maid of honor
• where you got engaged
• flavor of the wedding cake
  … the possibilities are endless.

Design/Printing/Delivery Time: 3 weeks minimum. Printed envelope addressing may add an additional week.

• 2-sided, full color
• Printed on uncoated 120 lb. card stock
• Rounded or straight edge corners
• Blank A9 envelopes included. A wide range of colors are available.
• Optional add-on: printed envelope addressing (black ink)

Your Custom Wedding Crossword Includes:

• Up to 20 crossword clues (with corresponding answers)
• Names and wedding date
• List of answers (upside down on the back side)
• Colors can be customized to your wedding colors
• One photo of the couple to go on the back side, with the puzzle answers.
• One photo to serve as the background of your crossword puzzle. You can use the ocean pic in the example, or provide one of your own. Since the puzzle will be overlaid on top of it, general scenery/nature photos work best. We can also explore stock photo options if you're looking for a particular background image.

Standard processing time for design, production, and delivery is a minimum of 3 weeks. This allows:

• 1 week for design, checking the proof, and revisions
• 1 week for printing/production + 1 additional week may be needed for envelope addressing (if ordered)
• 1 week for delivery (USPS Priority usually takes 2-3 business days)

After ordering, I'll email a questionnaire to help you gather content. Actual timeline is dependent on how quickly you provide these details, respond to proofs, and give feedback/revisions. The number of revision rounds may also delay the process.

Ordering Timeline:

1. Place your order online and provide payment
2. Within 24 hours, I will email you a link to your questionnaire to gather content details.
3. Content: Complete the questionnaire and submit high-res photos as needed.
4. Proof: After receiving your completed questionnaire, your 1st PDF proof is emailed within 3 business days.
5. Revisions: each revised proof can take 1-2 business days.
6. Final approval of the proof is required before printing begins.
7. Printing/Production: 1 week + envelope address printing may add 1 additional week
8. Delivery: 2-3 business days*

*Delivery time is an estimate given by USPS and is not guaranteed. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. Overnight shipping via FedEx is also available for an additional fee.

All text is customizable and determined by you. I can provide examples and suggestions as needed.

Photos

Photos you provide must be high-resolution to result in a quality printed product (generally larger file sizes are better). They will sometimes be labeled "300 dpi" or "Print Resolution."

If you don't have a good photo for the crossword side, just let me know and I can explore stock photo options for you! We can also omit the photo and just use color/design elements.

Fonts & Design Style

There will be a selection of fonts to choose from within the questionnaire. You can also request a particular font outside of those listed. Beyond that, I offer a font exploration service for an additional $75 design fee.

The photos in this listing show various examples of my design style. If you'd like major changes to the styles and layouts shown, it may fall outside the project scope and require an additional design fee. I'll let you know of any additional costs before work begins.

Proofs + Revisions

Three (3) PDF proofs are included with your order: the initial proof, plus two (2) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions after the 3rd proof are subject to a $25 fee per proof.

Approval

Final approval is required before sending your order to print. Please check the proof carefully. I always do my best to fix obvious errors when I see them, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure all information, grammar, and spelling is correct before approving the proof to be printed.

After approval, the final is immediately sent to the printer, and any further changes will require additional fees to reprint your order.

Returns
