Ideal for breakfast or brunch, they're all crafted in Washington state, where culinary artisans combine time-honored techniques with the finest natural ingredients.

Signature European-Style Lox: Handcrafted at an artisan smokehouse in Anacortes, Washington, this premium lox is a favorite at top restaurants. The salmon is dry-cured using a proprietary recipe, then smoked with a custom blend of hardwoods and fruitwoods. (16 oz.)

Bake-at-Home Plain Blazing Bagels: Made using a traditional recipe for rich, satisfying flavor and texture and ready to bake in your kitchen. (6 bagels; 24 oz. total)

Smoked European Lox Salmon Schmear: A blend of premium cream cheese and signature European-style lox. (6 oz.)

Receiving Instructions

• Salmon, bagels and cream cheese are shipped frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon receipt, place salmon and cream cheese in the refrigerator, where they will keep up to 21 days (unopened). For longer storage, freeze for up to 6 months.
• Store bagels in freezer, where they will keep for up to 1 month.

Preparation Instructions for Bagels

• Thaw: Unwrap bagels from packaging and place on pan or tray. Leave in refrigerator for approx. 6 hours or overnight. Remove bagels from refrigerator and cover in plastic wrap. Let rise for 30 minutes or until room temperature.
• Boil: Bring 5 cups water to boil in large pot. Place bagels in boiling water for 1 minute, then flip them over and let boil for another minute. Remove and place on baking sheet.
• Bake: Preheat oven to 455°F. Bake for 8 minutes, and then rotate pan and bake for another 8 minutes, or until crust is light brown. Remove and allow to cool.

• Signature European-Style Lox: Smoked salmon (Atlantic salmon, salt, cane sugar, spices, natural wood smoke).
• Plain Bagels: Shepherd's Grain unbleached enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, brown cane sugar (sugar, invert sugar, cane molasses), malted barley flour, sea salt, corn meal, yeast, calcium sulfate, enzymes (plant-based).
• Smoked European Lox Salmon Schmear: Cream cheese (pasteurized cultured milk and cream, salt, stabilizers [xanthan and/or carob bean and/or guar gums]), smoked salmon (Atlantic salmon, salt, cane sugar, spices, natural wood smoke), contains 2% or less of the following: lemon juice, propylene glycol alginate, gum arabic. Feed contains: astaxanthin, canthaxanthin or Phaffia yeast.
