Very Nice Umbrella

Worth it!

Appears to be of solid construction %26 exactly like described.

Plastic parts securing height of umbrella soften in the sun and the umbrella position slides side to side in a slight breeze. The plastic latch does not hold it in place. VERY UNHAPPY!

Not worth the money

When I purchased this umbrella, I was excited! I finally had shade to keep my little one under while we were outside playing except it was short lived. Within a week the umbrella pole ripped through the fabric. I messaged the company, and they offered me $30. THIRTY DOLLARS as if I didn't just pay close to $200 with shipping and taxes. I was not having it. After going back and forth with a rude customer service rep via email they begrudgingly agreed to send me a new umbrella. Now it's snapped off at the pole. Waste of money that I had saved up just to get this for my kid. I am so upset I could cry knowing I will never get my money back or a replacement that won't break before the season is even over.

Horrible Product

I accidentally ordered the wrong color.  Was a gift for my daughter and husband.  We opened the box, saw it was the wrong color, so didn't take it out of the box.  Called Walmart and they said they couldn't help me.  I needed to contact the vendor.
After many calls, found out how to contact the vendor by text but no phone number.  The vendor said they would take it back, but I had to send pictures to show it was resaleable.  They said they still had the color I wanted.
Took pictures and sent them by text.  Then got a letter back that said they do not take returns.  There was nothing on the order that said.
I sent another text, but that was it.
Will never order from Walmart again as they do not stand behind the products
they sell.  Have never ordered anything anywhere that couldn't be returned or exchanged.  So disappointed in Walmart.

Flimsy-

If I could absolutely give this 0 reviews I truly would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The umbrella say's heavy duty but there is nothing heavy duty or anything really about it. I purchased the umbrella for my patio. Once I finally managed to set it up, the umbrella just spins. There was barely a breeze out and it was out of control. The other day I went to open the umbrella and it was broken at the top. The whole pole that is supporting the umbrella itself was broken and leaning back. It almost collapsed on my toddler. I contacted the company to get a refund, providing pictures and everything, I was told “have a nice life” and have been ignored and haven't received an answer since. Not only is the umbrella completely garbage, but the company is as well. Save your money and don't buy the umbrella, it will only break within a week.

Absolutely horrible. The umbrella broke after 1 hour of being up. Completed snapped, and the company is not giving me my money back. I am so mad!
