The Skylight Frame was my Christmas gift to myself for 2021!! This is the perfect frame to show off pictures of my very first grandchild, a boy, born December 2021!! And I can't think of a better or easier frame to use because it has its very own email address to send the pictures to - a tap of the screen and the new pictures just emailed are right there!! Great way to share pictures for people

I gave the Skylight frame to my parents for Christmas and they are OBSESSED with it. I thought they'd like it, but their love of this frame is almost comical. The grandchildren love sending fun photos to the frame. It's really the best gift I've given to them in years.

We bought the Skylight frame for my 87-year-old dad for Christmas. He's not super techy and has literally every single thing a human could want or need. He was absolutely delighted with this frame. We had snuck over and set it up on his Wi-Fi before Christmas and then brought it back to wrap and present. It did not easily reconnect to his Wi-Fi and we had to restart his router. 
Now it's working great and we set up the sleep function so he won't be tempted to mess with it :) He is even requesting certain photos. This gift will be hard to top for his birthday in January.

Wonderful Gift!

I bought one of the earliest Skylight Frames years ago for my wife. She set it up easily and has enjoyed it immensely. This Christmas, I bought one for my 82 year old, somewhat tech-challenged mom. I also arranged for my niece to help her set it up but before my niece got there, my mom attempted to do it on her own. It turned in to a 4-day drama for my entire family. NOBODY could access the screen to input the activation code, therefore it wasn't receiving photos. My mom actually called customer service and while it took a substantial amount of time, the customer service agent (Julien? Photo attached) was able to rectify the issue. Once pictures uploaded, my mom LOVED it and the family enjoys sending her pictures. I upgraded the frame to Skylight+ after a couple days to be able to caption and send videos. I immediately gained those capabilities but after one day, the ability to caption “disappeared” in the app. The next day, we regained the captioning capability without taking any action. So, this is a 5-star product and my mom received 5-star assistance from Julien but those substantial hiccups resulted in a 4-star overall rating. I'd definitely buy again and am considering the new calendar product. Even with the issues we had, the customer service experience gives me confidence that future problems could be rectified.

Outstanding Product Overcomes Setup Challenges

We love this frame. We purchased one solely for grandkids and videos and another for my artwork. Our only small complaint is, the unmute button when a video is playing is very stubborn! Takes 2-3 taps before it works. Sometimes, the video has already finished before we get sound. Other than that, happy with them. It is the 4th frame we've purchased. A couple for ourselves, others, great gifts!

Great frame

I had them sent to my mother and grandmother for Christmas gifts which they set up early. My mother still has my grandmothers at her house. Sometimes the photos go through and it's working but other times the screen goes completely black and stays that way

Great concept but both seem to be malfunctioning

After two year of using during the Christmas holidays, the frame would no longer update. I was informed by Skylight that my two year old frame was obsolete. Without an update, the frame will not connect to WiFi ! VERY disappointed! I would have purchased a much cheaper version if I knew I would be pitching it in two years - 3 months of use!

Obsolete in no time!
