Our candles are simple. They are vegan, cruelty-free, phthalate-free & made with high-quality wax and fragrance oils. Soy wax is known to have a cleaner and longer burn than most common paraffin candles.

SIZE: We offer 6, 8, and 16oz. candles. Please refer to the listing pictures about room recommendations for each size as well as the burn times.
WICKS: We offer braided cotton wicks or a soft crackling wood wick option
LIDS: Either white or black (usually 6oz. candles are white lids while 8oz & 16oz. are black lids. Please contact us if you would like a specific color)

BURNING INSTRUCTIONS:
First Burn: Please allow the candle to melt to the edges of the candle. Failure to do so can result in tunneling, poor scent throw, and poor burn times.
Wick Length: Make sure your wick is 1/4" inches long prior to each burn.
Burn at a max of 4h per time to ensure the best and longest life of the candle.
Do not leave candles unattended while burning and keep away from flammable items, pets, and small children.
Discontinue use of candle when only 1/4" of wax remains.

Please contact me immediately (within 1 business day) and include a photo of what item(s) were damaged. If it is confirmed that damage occurred due to shipping, please mail it to me and I will fix it.

Items that are damaged 15 days past the ship date must be shipped back at buyers' expense because I have no way of knowing how the damage occurred on items past this point.

If your order says delivered and it's not, please contact your delivery carrier. They will be able to do a GPS track to see where the package(s) were left.
Be sure to check with neighbors and other family members. They may have it.

The strength of the scent depends on a few factors:

- The smaller the room, the stronger the scent will be. As well as, the larger the candle the stronger the smell will be.

-Scents are subjective and personal

-Scents can change/get stronger when the candle is burning

-Some scents will be stronger than others, such as a light tea scented candle will be softer and slightly weaker in scent than a powerful citrus candle.

We cannot add more fragrance as we already add the maximum we can before the candle could run into issues with burning.

Please send the unlit candle back at the buyer's expense.

We will only cover shipping for:
-Parcels sent to the wrong address (from our end, not wrong or incomplete addresses provided to us)
-Misspelled products

You will NOT be refunded for problems with candle labels. Labels are double-checked before sending, and it is not the printer's fault, but rather how the customers handles the candle (ex. wet/moist hands).
