Worth it
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Weighty without being hefty. Just stuffing in jersey-knit tubes, gets all the mass from the chunkiness of the knit, very open and cool, can be used underneath other weighted blankets to enable cooling/ offset smothering feelings.
I would recommend this to a friend - Pros mentioned:Easy to maintain

Not a weighted blanket
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Beautiful blanket but it was not weighted as advertised. The blanket seemed heavy until it was spread out and then it did not have weight that is needed for a weighted blanket. Return was easy and store/employees were very helpful and courteous. Would not recommend if you are looking for a weighted blanket, but for any other reason it would be lovely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend - Cons mentioned:Spot clean only

Great modern blanket
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I agree with previous reviewers awesome blanket if this is what you are looking for, just know what you are getting - nice quality item, jersey knit very soft. Understand 'Lite' weighted blanket is accurate, it is not super heavy but hugs nicely and feels solid. Very enjoyable to cuddle up under. The large loops are airy and breathable which I am looking forward to in the summer, but this will be best as a top blanket over something more traditional and warmer. It also says Spot/Dry Clean only which makes sense given construction, so I would suggest using another blanket underneath this to keep it clean. Very happy with this purchase overall

Not what we were looking for
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Didnt care for this, it had huge holes from where it was woven and it made it not very warm. It was heavy

Q: QuestionIt's odd that nowhere in the description or details for a WEIGHTED blanket do they specify how much this one actually weighs... So.. How heavy is it?
Asked by andrewr.
- A:Answer So, I weighed myself with and without the blanket and the blanket apparently weighs 7lbs. It's not filled with beads like the other weighted blankets I have. The weave is very open, almost like it was arm-knitted, so this isn't going to keep you warm, but it does feel nice. And as an FYI, it says to spot clean or professional dry clean. Hope this helps.

Q: QuestionLOL - all the questions are the same as mine and none have been answered? The description says weighted yet nowhere can be found an actual weight or if it even is a weighted blanket or just a pretty blanket with the price of a weighted blanket.

Q: QuestionWhat material is the yarn made from? And how are the weights kept-in-place within the `chunky' ropes the blanket is knitted from?
Asked by NedFromNLB.
- A:Answer The shell is a 70/30% poly/cotton blend with a 100% polyester fiber fill. It's not filled with beads like the other weighted blankets I have. So, it's more of just a mega-chunky yarn that has some heft to it. I weighed myself with and without the blanket & it weighs 7lbs. The weave is very open, almost like it was arm-knitted. It won't keep you very warm, but it does feel nice. As for care instructions, it says to spot clean or professional dry clean. Hope this helps.
