BS8 features a high-value S-shaped ergonomic design that combines temperature-sensitive fiber velvet mesh,

Contoured Lumbar Support&Back Support
The lumbar support can be dynamically adjusted to provide a vertical adjustment range of 5cm, and conforms
to the natural curvature of the spine and adjusts to the body's movements. This provides soft support to the

9-Level Adjustable Backrest

Good with some adjustments for short person
This is a nice comfortable and good-looking office chair. I'm short (5ft 2) and need to have the back rest in the highest position (a couple of cms more would have been ideal for me) and I have removed the headrest as it sits too high. The arm rests also would need to be able to adjust just a little further for me to be ideal. But all in all it works fine.

Easy assembly except for when mating seat to base because as is quite heavy need help for alignment.
A good quality chair for an affordable price
This chair is relatively easy to assemble, looks good in most spaces, and is very comfortable with a soft seat and a great backrest.
Comfortable and easy to adjust.
The head rest is probably the best feature as its high and breathable so no sweats :)
Great product
I selected this chair as recommended by Which? It is indeed an excellent chair , very comfortable, back support adjustment is excellent, armrests are lightly padded for comfort and the ability to adjust them up/down promote a better posture when working long hours with keyboard. The head rest is a new feature for me, the mesh is very comfortable and allow to have your head in resting position during meeting. I had ongoing pain in my right arm due to incorrect posture and I already feel the difference after a week use of the chair with reduced muscle tension in neck , shoulder, arm , hand. The built in footrest on the top of the wheels is a bonus to a chair that had already won the 5 stars based on above along with the fact that the chair roll really smoothly and silently.
