Guests say
Guests generally enjoyed the beautiful location of the hotel, appreciating its cleanliness and the comfort of the beds. Many liked the breakfast and the friendliness of some staff members. However, several guests expressed dissatisfaction with the service, particularly regarding lack of housekeeping and communication issues. The absence of an elevator was a concern, and the value for price seemed questionable for some due to mixed experiences.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The location was excellent and the rooms were quite spacious. The shower is very small, so it’s not good for tall/big people.
Cons (-) Super loud between the bottom floor and the room above.
Pros (+) Close to suspension bridge.
Cons (-) Could hear traffic outside all night long, plastic cups in rooms, bathroom could use an upgrade.
Pros (+) Perfect walking location for the town. Room was clean and comfortable.
Cons (-) The stairs were really shallow especially for people with big feet like us.
Pros (+) Beautiful property. Lovely and comfortable rooms, in an ideal location!
Cons (-) The staff were nice but it felt a little cold. We had a fire alarm in the middle of the night and were all evacuated into the dark and cold. The next morning when we checked out no one even mentioned it or apologised for the inconvenience.
Pros (+) Great location
Cons (-) When we asked about the breakfast discount available for “all” hotel guests, We were told “ that is not available because you booked thru Booking.com” So I assume that the amount the inn pays to Booking.com as a “marketing fee” is coming out of the guests pocket. Feels like all quests should be treated the same with the discounts. Left a sour taste!
Pros (+) Location, style and community feel.
Cons (-) Decorated with style and used locally produced products and furnishings for accents.
