Best costumer service!

I havent use th dinnerwear yet, but they seem resistant. One of my orders arrived with broken pieces but I contacted Macys costumer service and they replaced it.

Simple but elegant looks...contains 42 pieces.

The dinner set has a multiple size bowls for multi usage & it also has a set of 6 plates each size. It's simple but elegant looks is good for serving guests or for a large family. Happy to purchase.

UPDATE to Lovely Dishware

The dishes chip easily. After using these dishes about 4x weekly for the last month, I am sad to say that three dinner plates, and two salad plates chipped around the rim on the underside. I handwash the dishes about half the time and the other half they are placed in dishwasher. No children use the dishes, my dishwasher is brand new, and my sink has protector mats, so I have no idea how/why they are chipped. I am happy with the look and feel and sizes still, but I would be upset if I paid full price. Luckily, when I bought, they were on deep sale price.

Broken dishes

My dishes came broken and I called they said they would send new ones! They did they said don’t send them back we don’t need broken dishes!! Now they are trying to charge me for the broken dishes they replaced!!
