The distillation of fresh and dried raspberries together balances the flavour of this gin, the fresh raspberries bring a fresh tart raspberry flavour, the dried raspberries impart an exquisite, sweet depth. This is all rounded off by the use of raspberry leaves that give a satisfying subtle herbal aroma and floral flavour.

Definitive red berry aromas balanced with sweet ripeness. On the palate red berry fruit, with fresh floral notes, creating a perfectly balanced gin with an incredible depth of natural flavour.
