How do I sign up?Sign up for free, exclusively on the Pomelo App. You will be enrolled as soon as you sign up.How and when do I receive rewards?Rewards are exclusive to Pomelo.Perks members. There are 3 tiers (Pink/Black/Gold) and each tier has different sets of rewards. The higher your tier, the more rewards you receive. Ensure you are subscribed to our push and email notifications (go to My Account > Notifications and update your preferences) so you don’t miss our time-sensitive rewards.How do I earn Cashback?Pomelo.Perks members earn Cashback on all Pomelo. purchases, including in-app, on pomelofashion.com, and in-store.How is my Cashback Calculated?Each member can earn up to SGD 70 Cashback per month, excluding Cashback earned through referrals. The Cashback amount is calculated as a percentage after discounts, vouchers, shipping fees or Store Credit have been applied. If you make a return, the value of the Cashback earned on the returned items will be deducted from your Cashback balance.When will I receive my Cashback?Lead time for Cashback to become credited to your account: • Orders made in-app or on pomelofashion.com: after the order has been delivered. • Tap.Try.Buy. orders: when the payment is complete. • In-store purchases: within the same day of purchase.How can I spend my Cashback?Cashback can be applied on Pomelo purchases made in-app, on pomelofashion.com, and in-stores. You can use 50% of your Pomelo. Credit balance per order. Redeem in-app/on pomelofashion.com: Step 1: go to Checkout page Step 2: select "Apply" Cashback Step 3: proceed to payment Redeem in-store: Step 1: notify staff at the cashier that you would like to redeem your Cashback Step 2: launch the Pomelo. App > go to Account > My Pomelo ID Sep 3: show QR code to staffDoes my Cashback expire?All Cashback expires 90 days after your last purchase. Once it has expired, it will be removed from your Cashback balance. Simply make another purchase to extend your Cashback validity period by another 90 days. Birthday Gift Pomelo.Perks members enjoy a 25% off voucher, up to SGD 45 off upon a minimum spend of SGD 100 during your birthday month via the Pomelo app and pomelofashion.com only. The voucher will be sent on the 1st of your birthday month via email, push notification, and in-app inbox and will be valid until the end of the same month. Exclusive Gifts Enjoy limited free gifts. Exclusive Events Exclusive to Black status: get priority access to events, activities, & more.How long do I have my current status for?All Pomelo.Perks members start with the Pink status. Your status is valid for a period of 6 months. For new members, the status period starts from the day you sign up. If you were a member of the old Pomelo.Perks program, the status period starts when you are automatically enrolled on May 2, 2023. How do I move to a higher status? If you meet upgrade requirements You will be upgraded to the next status once you complete the value and number of orders required: From Pink to Gold: spend SGD 200 to upgrade. From Gold to Black: spend SGD 500 to upgrade. After you have been upgraded, you can enjoy more rewards. How long does it take to get upgraded?Your status is valid for a period of 6 months. Your status will be upgraded after return period is complete. If you're upgraded, you'll keep your status in the remaining of period & the next 6-month period. For example: Your current status period ends on October 31, 2023. You are upgraded to Gold status on July 1, 2023. Your new status period with Gold starts November 1, 2023 and ends April 30, 2023. The next status period starts May 1, 2023. Please note: • Returning items from your order may affect your status upgrade progress (value and number of orders). • Your current progress (value and number of orders) will count towards your existing status period only. You will have to maintain the value and number of orders requirement of your new status or upgrade to the next status when the next status period begins. If you don’t meet upgrade requirements If you are unable to complete the value and number of orders required to upgrade to the next status within the qualifying 6-month period, your status will move down after the current status period ends. How can I track how close I am to the next status? You can track your progress by going to My Account > My Perks page. Ensure you are subscribed to our push and email notifications (go to My Account > Notifications and update your preferences) to receive updates on your progress. What happens if I don't spend enough in the qualifying 6-month status period?Your status will move down according to your actual spend in the 6-month period.Will my international purchases count towards my status progress?We use your address to determine the currency of your purchases. Transferring Cashback, rewards, and order spend and count between countries is currently unavailable.
