LikedThe grounds were beautiful and the adult pool was wonderful. We only ate one night on the property-it was good but a little pricey.
DislikedWe loved the view and the location of our bungalow but it appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned under the dressers or bed and the rug needed a good vacuuming. I realize the staff is pushed for turning the rooms but when passing a cleaning cart , I never saw a vacuum as part of the cleaning equipment. We also had a clogged drain which was promptly taken care of and sewer like smells from the shower drain …so we bought some bleach to help remedy the odor. The staff were all very kind.

DislikedIt’s old and tired. Activity equipment (bikes) old and in need of repair. Staff very nice but not enough of them to handle the crowd

We have just spent 3 nights at Cheeca Lodge and what an amazing place it was. The whole resort was perfect in every way including the suite we stayed in, the restaurants and quality of food, the staff who were all so friendly and helpful and the environment and views. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely return one day 😊
