Terrible quality

I've had these boots since 1/15 and worn them only a handful of times. Recently as I was taking them off the entire back of the sole/heel came detached from the boot. I expected a lot more from a big name store like Macys. Extremely disappointed with my purchase.

Do NOT buy this!

This is total garbage! I wore these 4 or 5 times and when I took them off today the entire sole of the boot ripped off. Macy's website is making it very difficult for me but I WILL get my money back!
