No it does not need anything, just assemble and use, does come with a tray to place at bottom.

Yes, but why would you want to since it will be extremely hot while having a fire.

No, it is not very wide and also it gets hot so I would not recommend putting a cup on it

Technically Yes, a cup could fit but not recommended, but the cup would be only a few inches from the fire, so the cup would get hot in a few seconds.

Its cheaper to just buy a new fire pit.  The fire bowl is so cheap the fork will out last the bowl, so this way you have a spare bowl for when it rusts out in a few weeks.

Sturdy compared to other we had. Great value. Perfect for the space we have. Cover is really neat as it goes all the way down leaving an inch or so from the ground uncovered.

we were looking for a fire pit for a party, nothing outrageous.  this is nicer and bigger than I expected.  very happy. cover is great and stayed on nicely during a storm.

I wanted a fire pit for use with our motor home. This pit was literally less than half the cost of others I'd seen and it is definitely a quality item. Another big plus was being able to order using store pickup, especially while traveling and unable to easily receive packages.

If you are looking for an affordable, nice looking fire pit, this is it. It's not heavy so maybe needs to be put up in a windy storm. But for our needs it's great and comes with a nice cover.
