SuperCinema Series Soundbar: GoldenEar Technology's SuperCinema Series soundbars combine the elegant form factor of a soundbar speaker with the extraordinary sonic performance of a true discrete-speaker surround system. The SuperCinema Series soundbar incorporates left-, center- and right-channel speakers, plus a second set of drivers that utilize 3D Array Technology to effectively cancel out crosstalk distortion between the left and right channel. The result is a front soundstage that stretches from wall to wall and beyond, with amazing height, width, and depth that effectively envelops the listeners in a true 180-degree soundfield, much wider than the actual physical soundbar. All this is contained within a sleek, attractive thin enclosure that perfectly complements the latest flat-panel TVs.

• Optional Powered Subwoofer: The GoldenEar Technology SuperCinema 3D Array soundbar has a frequency response of 80Hz to 35kHz and is designed to be used with a powered subwoofer (including GoldenEar Technology's ForceField and SuperSub Series powered subwoofers - sold separately) for full-range sound with deep, detailed, and dynamic bass. • Optional Surround Speakers: The SuperCinema 3D Array soundbar delivers convincing surround sound performance with or without rear surround speakers. However, when the soundbar is combined with a pair of rear surrounds (including GoldenEar Technology's SuperSat loudspeakers and Invisa in-wall/in-ceiling speakers - sold separately) the result is a true surround-sound experience that rivals discrete speaker systems. Note: The SuperCinema 3D Array X is a passive soundbar (not self-powered) and will require connection to an AV receiver with Front Left, Front Right, and Center amplifier channels. The SuperCinema 3D Array XL is efficient and can be driven to loud listening levels with moderate amplifier power, but also able to handle the output of very powerful amplifiers. It can handle 20 to 200 watts per channel.

Three High-Velocity Folded Ribbon (HVFR) Tweeters: The SuperCinema 3D Array X soundbar features three GoldenEar Technology's High-Velocity Folded Ribbon (HVFR) design tweeters (one for each channel). The HVFR tweeter propagates sound waves and moves the air by squeezing it with its accordion-like pleated diaphragm, rather than pushing it as conventional drivers do. The result is better impedance matching to the air in the room with greater control, smoother more extended response with lower distortion, and dramatically improved dynamic range.

Six 4.5" Bass-Midrange Drivers: The SuperCinema 3D Array X soundbar incorporates six of GoldenEar Technology's spider-leg cast basket 4.5" bass-midrange drivers with their unique Multi-Vaned Phase Plugs (MVPP) for an exceptional blend of midrange and upper-bass frequencies. There are two 4.5" bass-midrange drivers for each channel with one set of drivers being utilized to cancel out crosstalk and distortion between the left and right channels.

Mag-X Coupling Crossover Technology: The SuperCinema 3D Array X soundbar utilizes GoldenEar's patent-pending, Mag-X Coupling Crossover Technology, which delivers improved 3D imaging as well as smoother response and greater detail.

Extruded Aluminum Sealed Enclosure: The sleek attractively sculpted cabinet is constructed from aerospace-grade aluminum with marble-powder-infused baffle and endcaps. The non-resonant, acoustic suspension (sealed) aluminum cabinet aids in the speaker's accurate and detailed sound. The cabinet is finished in a piano gloss black and comes with a magnetic grille that easily attaches to the front of the speaker.

Binding Post Terminals: The SuperCinema 3D Array X soundbar speaker is outfitted with a set of 5-way binding post terminals for each of its 3 channels (Front Left, Center, and Front Right). These binding post terminals will accept bare wire (up to 12AWG), pin connectors, spade lugs, and banana plugs (single or dual).

Mounting Options: The SuperCinema 3D Array X soundbar speaker is an ideal match for 48" to 60" TVs. The soundbar can be easily wall-mounted using its keyhole mounts or threaded brass inserts, or shelf-mounted using the included adjustable rear supports. The keyhole mounts allow flat-on-the-wall mounting and the 1/4"-20 threaded inserts can be used with two GoldenEar Technology SuperSwivel brackets (sold separately). The included adjustable feet offer ideal positioning and angling of the soundbar speaker on a shelf below or above your TV.

Flexible Placement: The GoldenEar Technology SuperCinema 3D Array X soundbar is designed to allow flexible placement while providing a very large window of sound throughout your listening room. Place the soundbar speaker above or below your TV, whichever position is closer to ear level. If shelf mounting, for best fidelity position the speaker as close to the edge of the shelf as possible to avoid sound reflecting off the shelf.
