Relaxation awaits you at Villa Luna B&B! You'll have the entire ground floor guest apartment in our luxurious 3 story Mediterranean Villa all to yourself! (Hosts occupy the 2nd & 3rd floors). Spacious, open concept living/dining/kitchenette. Plush furnishings found throughout the home. On a clear day, see views of Mt. Rainier, Vashon Island & the Puget Sound; relax and unwind in a spa tub under the stars, warm up in the indoor sauna. Just 5 min. away from the harbor where you can enjoy fine dining, shopping and activities. Explore the beauty of the PNW from here!

Both bedrooms feature solid wood sleigh beds, dresser, closet, fluffy robes, comfy bedding & pillows, and private patios. Our "blue" bedroom has a velvet futon sofa for extra guests, and the "jewel" bedroom has an attached indoor sauna.
We have free, fast wifi & a work center w/ printer. Enjoy the fire & ice fireplace while watching your favorite shows on the roku tv w/Netflix, Hulu etc .

The bathroom features complimentary toiletries. Fully equipped kitchenette has mini fridge/freezer, Keurig/mini coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, 2 burner hot plate, electric fry pan, dishes/utensils and dining room can seat 6.

Attached laundry room is well stocked, and great for extended stays. Guests have full access to our 1/2 acre, beautifully landscaped yard w/ entertainment decks, outdoor spa tub, BBQ and fire pit. The balcony has amazing views of Puget Sound, Mt. Rainier, Commencement Bay, Point Defiance, and the islands.

There is a locked door that separates the guest apartment from the main home and we believe in giving our guests 100% privacy. Keyless entry for 24/7 access. We live in the top two floors and work nearby so we are available by text/phone, (and in person if needed), should any issues arise during your stay. Alexa is programmed to answer most common questions (you can ask her to "open my bnb guide"), and can also suggest nearby restaurants and attractions, play your favorite music and more!

Base camp with all the amenities

My sister and I were in town for a wedding all the way from MN. We were charmed by the town of Gig Harbor and grateful Villa Lina was within 5 minutes away. Just like advertised, the villa was spacious and accommodating. Amenities such as the hot tub and sauna were ready for us to use. Beautifully decorated and stocked with all the essentials. If ever the chance, we’d be back.

Why they chose this property

Our villa is tucked away in a peaceful nook of a quiet neighborhood, far from the busy streets and city lights. Look up at night and see ALL the stars! We especially enjoy the nature that surrounds us and it is common for deer to roam around the property. The view of Mt. Rainer on a clear day is absolutely incredible and all the comforts of the harbor, Tacoma, Point Defiance and Seattle are just a short drive away.

What makes this property unique

We knew right away when entering this home that is would be the one we share with others. The breathtaking views of the Puget Sound and Mount Rainer had us hooked. The first night we sat out under the stars we heard an owl, and harbor seals playing in the distance. There is a family of deer that roam through the yard. We love being surrounded by nature but just 5 min away from the harbor where there are so many dining and shopping options.
