This pool is the nicest intex we've ever purchased. We haven't had any issues at all.

Love Intex pools, this pool is beautiful, clean looking, comes with small sand pump which is great for back up for us since we already invested in larger sand pump since we get a new pool about every 3/4 summers. Pool is sturdy, well made. You cannot go wrong with Intex. Just remember you get what you pay for with other brands. Intex and Coleman are the only ones I will purchase!

Nice looking and sturdy material I really hope this pool last longer than the other Intex pool we had, I was a little expensive but I think its worth it!!

I I am very happy with my in text above ground pool that I purchased through Walmart! The package came in perfect no damages in the pool was easy to connect following the instructions that came with the pool. Best purchase we made in a long time!

The pool set up wasn't bad.  We've set up 3 pools in the past and this one was no different.  It took 4 of us working together aprox 45 minutes from start to ready to add water.  The design seems good and material seems quality.  My issue is with the ladder that came with the pool.  It states the weight limit is 300 lbs.  So far everyone who has used this pool has been under 200 lbs and the ladder is unstable.  It's wobbly and not sturdy at all.  The rungs feel like they will give at any moment under our feet.  The ladder is key to enjoying this pool because it's the way in and out.  My 11 yr old granddaughter won't swim with us because the ladder scares her.  We have ordered a new ladder with a higher weight limit, so we're hoping that helps with stability and strength.  Overall this was a great purchase, I just with we didn't have to spend the extra money to get a good quality ladder.

Pool is great, but the Ladder is junk!

The box was torn beyond recognition. It would only let me post 2 pictures. The box was torn on all sides. The items were coming out of the box. We paid freight delivery of $99 to have delivered to our garage door. We had to go get it 20 miles away to put in our truck because their lift was broken. Then it was up to us to get the 300lb pool out. Which had to be taken out piece by piece as the box was destroyed. We could not even send it back because the box was destroyed. I'm sure this pool would have been nice if it had come in the condition it was supposed to. I just hope the liner isn't torn and all of the pieces are there.

Set up was not too hard. It requires two moderately strong people as the liner is very heavy. As it began to fill up I noticed water streaming out of a hole in the side! It has what appears to be a defect in the liner about halfway up the side. There are creases all over the outside of the liner that appear to be defects also. They look very thin as if they will also turn into holes like this one. The liner is clearly defective. I paid over $1500 for something that didnt last one day. My kids were so excited and have waited for months to swim in their pool and now it has a hole. I have only filled it half way but I imagine if I filled it to the top, those other creases would leak because they look so thin. I expected much more out of an Intex product than this. Total waste of money and my kids are so disappointed. I do not recommend.

Buyer Beware! Defective Liner!

when we opened it up the liner had a hole in it we call for a return Walmart said it was a third party issue and the company has to get a hold of us WE ARE STILL WAITING ON THAT CALL WE paid this much to have a ripped liner right out of the box how nice

1. Week late, shipping company sucks.
2.  Box was beat up,  taped with duck tape across the top,  side beat in.  very dissapointed.  not yet installed,  worried there will be pcs missing or damaged.  $1400 wasted.

Delivery service sucks.

Pool overpriced for poor quality. Used the “better” pool filter for 2 days and the pump motor stopped working.  Manufacturer not responsive to my issues. I owned 2 other Intex pools and had no issues. This pool is a 18X52 Ultra XTR by Intex, sold by Walmart. Paid $2000 plus taxes and now I have to purchase a filtering system in order to use the new pool.

Beware of very cheaply built filter system!
