I called the customer service and they confirmed it is only one stick. The 12 is the item number, not the quantity per customer service.

I am so glad to find this pumice scouring stone. They are almost impossible to find anymore. This pumice stone works like magic on my toilet stands from hard water .if you have a cast iron skillet that's got rust stains or spots where food has stuck to the bottom over time. It's really that good. Works good on any ceramic bath room counters or tub. I've used it  on my hard to remove stuff in my oven. It helps cut down on your cleaning time for sure. I ordered five stones for just in case I can't find them again.

I used this to clean the grates on top of my gas stove. My stove now looks brand new thanks to this pumice stick. Once I saw how great it worked I wanted to purchase more. Walmart was sold out. I ended up finding the item at Home Depot. This is now a staple in my cleaning stash.

Exceeded my expectations

Took the stains off I've been fighting for a couple years now!

It works! I used it on my cast iron stove grates and they look brand new now. I thought the “burn” marks were just there to stay after scrubbing, soaking, and using different chemical cleaners, but I decided to give this a try and I'm so happy I did! 

I didn't use any cleaner with it, just water as the directions stated. It does dissolve so I will need a couple to finish the job but it's a miracle worker! I know some people complain about it dissolving but at $1.97 I am more than happy to buy a few if it's the only thing that can remove these stains.

I bought these after another reviewer said they work on toliet bowl mineral rings. I have tried many cleaners in the past and they never worked to remove the ring and it bothers me. I went to work as soon as these areived and they do work. I did 4 toliets with light rings with one stick but if you have extreme you may need one per toliet. Easy to use just scrub the stain till it is gone and flush. I did not take a photo before but this is after.

It Works!!!

There was unremovable soap scum in my bath tub. I tried multiple soap scum remover but none of them worked. Last day we bought this product and after using it I was amazed with the result. The difference can be seen in this photo.

Amazing product!!

I've had a ring in my bathtub for the longest time :( I decided it was time to find a product. I'm just sorry I didn't find this product sooner. Unfortunately I didn't take a before picture but believe me I was totally amazed I feel like I'm in a new bathtub forget CLR this is the product you need.

Highly recommend!

This is one of the softest pumice stones I've ever seen.   It broke apart w while I was very gently rubbing it in the area that need to be cleaned. The stone left stains on my sink and other  areas that I was trying to clean with it.  Eventually I had to throw them away before I could finish cleaning as they were causing more stains than they were cleaning and they continue to fall apart.
